Slight Murahimu 'cause why not!

The papers were ready, and coach Araki has approved it. Ayano is to interview the Yosen High Basketball team after school before practice. She has conducted a lot of interviews in her life but she did not understand as to why she felt so nervous.
She has photographed the other sports teams in the school, but not the basketball team. She never really established contact with any of the players. Murasakibara is in her class, but that was it. No one wanted to approach the purple giant. He would just push everyone away. Anyone who dared to take one step further would end up to tears. Everyone felt that it would have been better to leave him to his own devices.
The bell rang, signaling the end of classes. She took her camera in her hands, and walked towards the gymnasium. She could feel her heart beating faster as she took a step closer. “It’s just an interview, girl. You can do this,” she chanted it to herself a few times. “You can do this…” Rather stupid, but it gave her the peace of mind and the right amount of motivation to do it and get it over with.
She enters the gymnasium, and sees a lot of action in the court. Some members, mostly first years, were cleaning the court for playing. The senior members crowded the area around one of the baskets, warming up. At 159 centimeters, she felt inferior. There are two people in the court who are past 2 meters in height. The other members are also very tall. She felt like she was in that one show, where people were struggling against huge human-like creatures called titans. If anything, she wanted to strap her maneuver gear to fly away from them.
“Hey!” She heard the Yosen coach call her. Her eyebrow was raised, which is intimidating. Ayano was not in good terms with this teacher. On top of that, Coach Araki held a bamboo sword in her hands. Was it just her or was this a place that no human should dare go?
“Are you just going to stand there or are you going to interview my boys?” she continues to say.
“Y-yes…” Ayano jogs towards her. The coach blows her whistle, calling the players who were warming up a while ago towards her. Their presence is daunting, especially up-close.
Coach Arako looks around to check if all of their main players are present. She immediately grips her bamboo sword with so much force, and every single one of them is shocked. “Where is Murasakibara now?” she asks frustratingly.
“Uh…” The guys look around, and then to each other. Their faces start to tense, wondering as to where their purple idiot went.
“We shouldn’t have told him about the interview,” one of the guys said. Ayano recognized him as the captain of the basketball team, Okamura Kenichi. “He’d run away like that…”
“Like he’d be able to say anything reasonable anyway…” another one spoke. This time it was a guy with ash blond hair. It was a pleasant surprise for Ayano, as he was someone who was not as tall as everyone else.
“Let’s press on with this interview, without Murasakibara.” Ayano turns to another giant. It seemed like he is not from this country.
“But isn’t that brat our star?” the captain insists. He then turns to the interviewer, and makes a rather disturbing face. “Nevermind that brat, I’m a star.”
“No, you’re not.”
“Where is he, anyway?” Coach Araki hisses, her head looking at all directions. “He’s giving me a headache.”
