Broken beyond repair (A Leico/Valedangelo story)

I'm updating from my laptop I can use bold and stuff like that yay!! This may trigger things for some readers, so if it does, please skip this chapter. Message me if you want to talk about things to take your mind of stuff or if you just need someone to talk to, I'm here. Anyway, on with the story!

Leo POV

He'd signed up for this thing to befriend someone at this mental institue near his school. Apparently, there was a boy his age there who needed a friend. Someone to talk to so it would help him when he came back into society. That would be nice. It was likely he would end up talking to him, as no-one else had offered to talk to any 'physcopaths'. He could be in with those, hell, should be. His mother died in a fire when he was younger, he had been shoved into foster care by his aunt, and now he was finally settled, he was being bullied at school. Nothing could change that. Oh, and on top of things, he still had to hide when he was at school and... and... the pain from his arm. 

*Flashback starts*

"Soo... Leo Valdez? That freak who likes boys? Who liked that kid called Jason Grace?" 

Seriously? Why did it have to be him? 

"What's it to you?"

"Boys, I think it's time we took him somewhere a little more... private."

What? What did he mean? No no no.... not again... His goons grabbed him by the arms.

"Let go of me! You can't do this to me!"

"Who says? Oh, you, a scrawny little boy who killed his mother and likes boys? I don't think your opinion matters."

"Don't forget Percy, he is also befriending that physcopath called Nico di Angelo."

This made them all laugh.

"Oh Percy... I think we've teased him enough now..."

"Excuse me? Annabeth, you're just a girl. Stay out of it. Now!"

She looked at me and smiled. Just a small smile to let me know she tried.

"Percy sweetie, I have to go now. I'm so sorry, I really want to stay and watch you...

talk to Leo, but it's important."

She really was laying it on thickly this time.

"Fine Annabeth. But remember what I said?"

"What was that sweetie?"

"Don't tell anyone about what happens here."

"Oh, right. That. Well, I must go now, Percy. Bye!"

She kissed Percy on the cheek, and turned to walk out the door. As she passed me, she winked. Percy watched her go, before turning his attention to me.

"Hitting on my girl huh?"

I bit back my reply. I really wanted to say no, but you've been hitting her.

"Well?"

Without warning, he punched me in the jaw.

"WELL?"

I didn't reply. Never did.The blows came fast and sharp. Nothing I did would stop them. 

"PERSEUS JACKSON! STEP AWAY FROM HIM NOW!"

Oh. Finally, someone has actually bothered to check on me.

"Perseus Jackson, what do you think you're doing?"

He mumbled something about me attacking him first, but I was too busy trying to stop my nose bleed. Funny that. I can fix almost anything, yet I can't stop my nose from bleeding. It doesn't feel broken which is good.

"Annabeth, take Leo down to medical."

"Yes sir."

I look up and a faced with Annabeth. She helps me up and leads me away from them. Thank god. 

"I'm sorry Leo. I just couldn't take it anymore. I.. I..."

She started sobbing.

"Annabeth..?"

"He used to kick me and punch me if I didn't do what he wanted me to do. Which was a lot because I am not just someone to kick and then say you love them, as if that will change everything."

"Oh god... I never knew he was that bad..."

"Keep that to yourself though. I don't want anyone else to know."

*Flashback ends*

"Leo?"

"Comming Dad"

Now he'd have to face the fact that he was beaten (again) at school. Damit.

He was stuffed.
