***5 years later!!!***

its been 5 years since the beach house serial killer took tons of lives from different beach houses, 5 years since we survived. 5 years since Luke and i got married, and 4 years since we welcomed our little girl Artemis Maya Hemmings.

we were all still traumatized by the beach house incident, but we survived and we got stronger as friends. 5 Seconds of Summer are still growing strong, still playing music and still kicking ass as a band. Artemis is already a 5sos fan, she had her own merch and listened to 5sos's songs that didnt cuss. she was daddy's little girl.

"honey im home!" i smiled as i stood up and yelped, "okay hi!" i gripped the wall as a very hyper 4 year old ran past, "daddy!" i snorted, "traitor." i muttered as i walked into the hallway of the house as Luke kissed her cheek and smiled at me, "hey beautiful." i smiled, "hi." i pecked his lips as he tugged me into him, "you alright?" i nodded smiling, "i got news." he raised an eyebrow at me and put Artemis on her feet, "go play sweetheart." she nodded and ran off as he tugged me into his arms and furrowed his brows, "the hell?" i placed his hand on my stomach causing his eyes to widen, "no way..."

i tossed my arms over his shoulders, "im pregnant." he gasped and tugged me into his arms, "oh baby im so freaking happy right now." i giggled as i pulled away, "i wanted to wait until you got home from tour." he pressed his forehead against mine, "how far along?" i smiled, "11 weeks, i found out earlier today." he grinned and pecked my lips, "i love you."

"i love you too." he kissed my forehead as we went into the living room and sat down on the couch, the doorbell went off causing Luke to groan and got up and gasped, "babe!" i shot up and went over and gasped, "the fuck?"

"why is there a baby on our doorstep?" i muttered as i glanced down at the baby. "i dont even know." he muttered as he kneeled down and grabbed the card, "there's no name of the parents.." i huffed, "great."

"oh wait nevermind." he pulled out another note and sighed, "its Mason's?" i frowned, "why'd my brother drop his baby off?" he shrugged, "i dont think he knows." i sighed, "the phone it is." he chuckled as he grabbed the baby bag and car seat before placing the baby in the house as i dialed my brothers number.

"hey sis." i sighed, "hey bro, so we have a situation here." i eyed the baby as Luke looked around the car seat, "Natalie...do we know a Natalie?" i snorted, "is that the mothers name or the baby's?" my brother gasped, "baby?!" i sighed, "yes, we have a baby on our doorstep and im pretty sure its yours." Luke nodded, "found the birth certificate, Mason's a daddy...again."

"hey guess what Mas? you're a daddy again!" Luke snorted, "you are finding this way to entertaining." Artemis came in as Luke and i smiled, "hey sweetie." she went over to Luke and glanced down at the baby, "what's that?" Luke chuckled, "its a baby, you were that size once." Artemis gasped, "really?!"

"really kiddo, come here." Luke picked her up and put her on his hip, "what's Mason saying?" i snorted, "nothing, hey bro did you fall or something?" Luke face palmed, "mommy's weird." Artemis giggled.

"watch it Luke." i pointed at him, he smirked at me, "you may have been fiery 5 years ago, but you turned into a baby panda after Artey was born." i snorted, "shut up jerk." he shook his head, "what are we gonna do with your mommy?" i scowled at him.

"im a dad...again?" Mason questioned me. "no i just said you're a daddy again for no reason. yes you're a daddy again!" Luke snorted, "couldnt resist could you firecracker?" i glared at him, "shut up dork."

the door got knocked on, Luke groaned and opened it and smiled slightly, "hey guys dont mind the car seat, that's Mason's issue." i laughed, "not wrong!" Liam snorted, "what'd he do now? wait why is there a baby?!" Carson snorted, "that poor baby." we all laughed.

"its the 5 year mark today." Ashton mentioned. i sighed, "yep, its all over the freaking news too!" Luke groaned, "of course it is." we went over to the couch and turned on the news as i huffed, "hey bro did you fall into the ocean or something?"

"shut up Thalia, im coming over. im confused!" i snorted, "what is there to be confused about?" Calum snorted, "why is he confused?" i shrugged as Mason hung up, i eyed Artemis, "nap time." she groaned as Luke chuckled and kissed my head, "i got her angel." i nodded as he took her up to her room for nap time.

"why do you look pregnant?" Michael questioned me. Emily scowled and slapped him upside the head, "hey dont talk when there's 3 other pregnant chicks in this room!" Nick whistled, "how'd you guys manage to knock up all of your wives...at the same time?" i heard someone coming down the stairs and glanced up, "hey baby." he pecked my lips and made a motion, i huffed, "making your pregnant wife get up." i muttered as he chuckled and sat down and tugged me onto his lap.

"how'd you guys knock up all 4 of your wives?!" Liam and Nick exclaimed. Ashton shrugged, "they all arent due the same time." i snorted, "god i hope not because then this would just be weird." Nick sighed, "we'd all be confused then." we laughed.

"hey sis." i glanced over at him and scowled, "who gave you a key?" Luke sighed, "im wondering the same thing." Mason chuckled and glanced down, "why is there a baby?" i snorted, "hey look you're a daddy again, as i said on the phone call." Mason huffed, "shut up Lia."

"i dont know a Natalie." Mason muttered before his eyes widened, "wait..." Luke snorted, "did you have a one night stand again?" we laughed. "dude you're 33 why do you still have one night stands?" Emily questioned him.

"i dont wanna go through marriage again, i lost my wife to a crazy person." we sighed, "yep and i still wanna go to hell and kick his ass." i muttered. Liam snorted, "dont we all." Mason glanced at the TV and sighed, "its been 5 years since that happened..."

"yeah it has been, and it still feels like it happened recently." Michael mentioned. "no kidding, i still havent told Tessa what happened to her mother." Mason muttered. i sighed, "i wouldnt tell her until she's alot older than 11." he nodded, " i dont even know how to tell her either.." Luke sighed, "she's strong, she'll be okay."

Mason picked up the baby from the car seat, "is there a name for her?" Evelyn snorted, "you know its a her?" Mason sighed and checked, "nope nevermind, a name for him." i sighed, "idiot." the others laughed.

we watched the news as we all replayed the events that happened 5 years ago that scarred alot of us mentally and physically. my thigh gunshot wound stung as if it was still healing, Evelyn and Mason got the worst injuries and then there was those who didnt get any injuries like Carson, Emily, Ashton, and Michael. Liam, Nick and Calum had scars on their arms from deflecting the knife. Luke had the stab wound on the back of his arm.

Luke kissed my cheek, "we survived a pretty horrible event in history, we survived that." he gestured towards the TV. i nodded, "yeah we did. he killed 20 people, 3 somehow survived." he nodded, "Zack was smart and got the hell out of the country."

"yeah well we all grew families here." i muttered as he kissed my forehead, "we survived, not many people can say that." i nodded as i placed my hand on my baby bump, he smiled and placed his hand on my bump, "our kids are our futures now." i glanced up at him and smiled, "lets hope for their sake they dont go through what we did."

"yeah lets hope." he muttered as he pecked my lips.
