once we saw daylight start to hit, Thalia, Mason, Liam and i went outside as we kept our ear and eyes out for the sicko. the others guarded the house while we moved the poor people the guy has killed closer to the vacant beach houses. it wasnt that we didnt want the cops to come to us, but we also didnt want this guy killing us quicker if he saw the cops were near us.

"so why are we moving the bodies?" Liam muttered to us. "if he sees we have cops near us, he'll kill us quicker and be even more pissed off. he's already pissed because we took you and the others from him, if he saw that we had the cops...his anger would be so much worse and he would change his entire ways of killing." Thalia explained quickly as i gripped her hand in mine.

"sad that, that makes since." Liam muttered. Mason chuckled, "yep. we just cant risk him changing his ways, right now we can figure out how he moves. if he changes his ways then its a whole new ball game for us." Liam sighed, "makes since. i even started picking up on his patterns of killing." i sighed, "so did i, mostly when he was fighting Thalia in the backyard."

"im okay." Thalia muttered to me. i smiled slightly at her as i helped her pick up one of the bodies as we both groaned at the weight of the body. "man whoever said dead bodies weighs more is not kidding." Thalia muttered. i nodded as i grunted and carried the body to the other house and put the body on the front step, we all wore gloves and masks to hide the smell. "im surprised nobody is on the beach yet." Liam muttered as him and Mason put the other body next to the one we dropped off.

"its not opened yet. its 5:30, the sun is just coming up." Thalia explained as she pointed to the horizon. "sad that this might be the last time we see the sunrise." Liam muttered. "we'll survive." Thalia patted his back. "yeah but not all of us, there's too many of us to protect." Liam mentioned.

"he's not wrong, we cant protect everyone. everyone has to protect themselves while the rest of us protects the weak, if Brittany is right and he does attack the weak-" Mason was cut off as Thalia spoke up, "then the girls are first, especially Brittany since she's the most injured. he cut her up pretty good and she somehow survived." i sighed, "Jeremy probably protected her, he had a good sized cut on his side." she nodded, "protect your loved ones."

"is that the only two?" Mason muttered. i glanced over to where we were and nodded, "i dont see anyone else." Thalia sighed, "the bodies that he killed before we saved everyone." we groaned as we went in that direction.

a scream was heard and we turned around as Thalia cursed, "the house." we ran towards the house as Thalia screamed and tossed her head back, "no!" i grabbed a log and hit the guy on the head and grabbed Thalia as we ran the rest of the way to the house as Mason burst into the house as Liam gasped and shut the door. "the fuck happened?!"

"where's Brittany?!" Thalia yelled as we look around the house for her. Thalia screamed as she turned and buried her face in my chest as i held her to me and buried my face in her neck as the guy was butchering Brittany. "fuck!" Mason ran his hands over his head.
