Chapter 33: The Firebird And The Urn Of Life

"So where are we going, mom?" Phoenix ask as we jump in buildings. "Somewhere we can spend the whole night together without any interruptions..." I mention until my phone ring. "Who is it?" I ask as I answer.

"It's me, Ai! Spade-sama just ask me on a date! Eeekk!!!" She said without her mask. "He was blushing madly when he ask me about it! What should I wear?!? I wanna look comfortable for him!" She exclaim from the phone that made me chuckle.

The only way for me to forgive that guy is requested a favor. He can't help but blush because I told him to ask Ai out. "Just an ordinary dress you always wear. Anyways, I gotta go. Have a splendid night with him~" I exclaim before I ended the call.

"I'm so happy becuase I didn't come. It will be a living nightmare if I stay with a place with so many water..." he said before he shrugged when he mention it. "Tell me about it... I got lucky because I didn't get wet during it..." I said proudly before a large scream made us stop.

Good evening, everyone. It's time for the Underworld Network News. I'm your host, DJ Peacock! Phantom Thief Joker has sent out another Advance Notice! This time, he is after the 'Urn of Life' in Japan!

"Urn of Life'? That sounds familiar... What was it again? Oh, Himi's Urn!" Phoenix mention before I went confused. "You have been there?" I ask. "Like I said before, I crashed here to this planet Earth years ago. I created many legends and stories like Aladdin and the Magic Lamp, the Arabian Nights. Also, I created many miracles so in some countries, I was like their god..." he explain before I slowly nod in realization.

It's a heart-pounding and stimulating development!

DJ Peacock ended before an idea popped into my head. "Akai, which country are your legends popular besides India?" I ask before he start thinking. "Koga Village at Honshu, Japan... I think that's the place..." he answer before I squeal.

"We should totally go there for tonight! They might have games!" I mention before his face lit up and transform to Phoenix before he carry me in bridal style.

"Well I can't wait!"

"We're here..." he spoke first as he landed at the gate after he transform back. "What do people call this?" I ask as we enter the place. "I think humans call it 'festivals', but it looks like it's just a normal place to enjoy..." he explain before he show me something red.

"This is fiercy and red... I bet it's spicy..." he added before he took a big bite, but he start crying. "Yuck! It's sweet!" He scream before he throw it at the bin. "Candied Apple... Oh Akai, apple is a sweet fruit, remember..." I said as try to hold my laugh.

We tried another food. "Shaved Ice?" I read brfore Phoenix bought 2 for us. "This has gotta to be spicy!..." he said before I shiver a bit. "The bowl feels cold..." I mention before he scream, "It's sweet!" again.

I got confused and taste it, "It's sweet and cold... " I mention. "There has got to be something spicy! I visited this place back in my brief time and they have so many spicy food back in the days! Why is there so many sweets now?!" He complain before he give his bowl to me once I finish mine.

"It's not that sweet for me..." I remind him as I follow from behind. He tries to buy another one until an explosion was caught when I saw a familair purple flame. "Hey, isn't that your flames, Phoenix?" I ask before he look surprised.

"That fire... It looked a lot like the technique I caught Himi..." he mention before he took a bite at a bread with something red with a disappointed look. "Not spicy..." he said before I laugh and wipe the dirt from his face. "Don't worry, we'll find one. Besides, we are gonna look for something you knew, remember..." I comforted before he tensed up.
