Appearance: He is an inch shorter than his twin. (According to superior twin, aka brucey, that Bliss was 6'1. So, Blaine is 6'0!) He was pale-ish skin. He has a rather slender body. He has messy white hair with one eye being ice blue and the other being viridian green. He has light freckles on his nose.
Ability: Illusion manipulation, Blaine could create illusions whenever he wanted, but the bigger/ more realistic the illusion, the more damage it will cause to him.
Special Skill: His special skill is that he can call his 'personas' to battle. (The way I see this is that it's kinda like DID? But in a special skill and angel way.) Each persona was their own special thing (example: the angry persona knows karate? Idk how I made that connection?). These personas were a blessing in disguise to him since during his childhood, his personas would control his body sometimes. His personas also make up his personality. Most of his personas don't have powers. Out of all of them, only one has powers. (My brain is currently overloading, so sorry if it's getting confusing. I'll be okay answering some questions though!) In total, there are four personas; the cheery one, the serious one, the angry one, and the explorer (nature loving) one. The cheery one (I'll call him, uh, Jo, as in Joy, but male.) specializes in speeeeeedddd, and he's the only persona to have a power, which is Hope Manipulation, the power to increase, decrease, and create hope. The serious one (I'll name him Sirius, because yes.) specializes in using weapons (like bombs, hehe). The angry persona (I'll call him Angus) specializes in karate and any thing that requires fighting. The explorer persona (I'll name him Dew) specializes in parkour (he's a Tarzan, don't ask why).
Quirk: He's an animal nerd. Blaine loves observing the wildlife of Heaven.
Personality: Blaine is a kind-hearted person. He loves a good joke, and he could even be a bit of a trickster (hence the illusion manipulation). He is mostly a happy person, but when he gets down, he'll usually get through it quickly. Blaine also sees the best in people, so he doesn't really see people doing anything unacceptable and/or wrong.
Backstory: His family is pretty generic. He and his older twin got along and stuff. Suddenly, his twin ran away due to his parents getting mad at them. (He doesn't know the reason why.) His parents were still pretty caring to him though. When Blaine was joking around with his friends, his ability showed itself. Then when his parents were feeling down, his special skill shone through. (I know these are some really bad backstories for his powers, but idk anymore.)
Strengths: 1. Since he sees the best in everyone, if someone sincerely or insincerely apologizes to him, he'll accept it. 2. He could trick demons with his ability. 3. If some people are losing hope, he could give some hope to them. (These are just kinda straight-up crappy.)
Weaknesses: 1. Sometimes, people who really, really, really done something wrong to him, will guilt trip him, and he has a very high chance of apologizing for them and befriend them. 2. He is gullible. 3. Blaine can't make many illusions at once, unless he wants to perish. 4. He can't really decrease hope unless it's for demons.
