The sky was painted coal black by the dark clouds, still covering the stars behind it. The humid air with the clouds that should've look like soft cotton balls, looked like it just dipped into a dark grey paint, it clearly gave a warning of a downpour soon.

Taehyung was standing by the window, looking up at the dark sky as if waiting for the rain to finally escape and wash the air.
But why a certain voice which comforted him a few moment ago kept ringing in his ear? Why those few words kept lingering on his mind? Did those words put on a spell on him?

"What are you doing here?"

A deep voice startled Taehyung with a warm breath behind his ear. He flinched and turned back only to find his face a few centimeters away from the one who was behind him. Their eyes met and that's when he felt as if the world stopped for a moment. How he wished he could run away to avoid the other from hearing his embarrassingly loud heartbeat but his eyes refused to turn away, as if his whole body got stiffened at the other's gaze.

"I told you to get some rest. Why are you still standing here?"

That's when Taehyung finally pulled himself back to his senses. Yes, Jungkook told him to get some rest after they had dinner together with his mother. The other didn't even let him do the dishes and just sent him to his room but there he was, still standing by the window instead.
Should he just ignore the part of him which was waiting for the other to come?

"I-I'm just... getting some air. Fresh air."
Damn that small space between them, it made him even stutter.

"Are you ok?"

"Huh?"
Yeah, he's totally fine, yeah.
"Uh... Yeah."

"Are you still thinking about your fight with your tiny friend?"

Well, only if he knew what he was actually thinking about-- wait, did he just called Jimin his tiny friend?

"I told you not to call him tiny. He's not tiny. Ok?"
He placed his palms by the sides of his waist with his eyes furrowed.

"You never told me not to call him tiny. You just told me not to call him shorty."
Jungkook snickered.

"Ugh! Tiny or shorty or whatever. Don't you dare call him anything else. I can only call him that way. Got it."

Jungkook chuckled when he could finally see Taehyung back to his usual self. He kinda missed their little fights.

"Ok. I get it."
He felt relief when Taehyung finally smiled.
"And... I got something for you."

Taehyung tilted his head.
"Hmm? For me?"
His eyes followed to where Jungkook was pointing at but widen his eyes with a gasp.
"Ice cream? You really bought it?"

"Yeah. I kept them in refrigerator when you were not in room or else it would've already melted away by now. I just took them out now."

"But..."
His small table was filled with different icecream flavors.
"But why did you buy so many? Isn't this too much? I might get cold if I eat all this."

"Well..."
Jungkook scratched the back of his neck.
"You didn't tell me which flavor you want and I don't even know your favorite flavor. So... I bought whatever was in that ice cream shop. You can choose from them. Don't eat them all at once, you'll get sick."

"Oh my God Jungkook! Hahaha!"
Taehyung bursted out into a laughter while Jungkook shyly ruffled his own hair.
But his shyness vanished when Taehyung suddenly hugged him with his arms wrapping around his neck.

"I'm sorry I didn't tell you. I forgot when Jimin called me. But you didn't have to buy them all you know. It would've been still ok for me even if you just bought any flavor."
Taehyung smiled while his eyes refused to move away from its contact with the other.
"But thank you. For making me laugh. I'm... I'm so thankful that I have you."
