When I made it inside my house, I quietly slipped upstairs and into my bedroom. I was exhausted, yet very awake. Knowing I wouldn't be able to sleep, I grabbed on of my lunesta pills (from that amazing insomnia I have) and swallowed it. Riley was curled up in my bed, she took my side... AGAIN! I changed into pajamas and set an alarm for 7:00am, having no idea what time Jace was picking us up. After 20 minutes, my eyelids felt heavy, and I embraced the darkness of sleep.
-
"Hey, hey. You, you. I don't like your girlfriend!" Riley screamed to the sound of my alarm clock. Yes, my alarm clock was the national anthem of the 2000's... you're welcome. "Get up, get up, get up."
"Noooooooo." I groaned and slammed a pillow above my head. I felt drained. God, I wanted coke, or more of that molly. Riley took the pillow I placed on my head and started to smack me, in the face, over and over again.
"Hey, hey. You, you. I know that you like me!" Riley yelled as I sat up in bed and grunted so she'd stop attacking me. "Shower time!"
Yes, we shower together. Is that weird? We like to conserve water, save the turtles, you know? After showering and contemplating whether to text Jace about what time he was getting me or not, I headed downstairs to make breakfast. My parents had left for work already, so I felt comfortable telling my best friend about the encounter I had last night.
-
"I cannot believe you're not a virgin anymore." Riley squealed.
"I'm not that innocent." I sang out the lyrics to my favorite Brittany song and winked.
"Ok. Let's get ready you deflowered whore." She giggled.
We headed back upstairs and started tearing up my room, looking for the perfect outfits.
"So is the friend he's bringing cute?" Riley asked, pulling her top off.
"I don't know, but the friends I've met are um... very sexy."
"EEEEEHHHHH!" Riley screamed as she tied a bright blue bikini top over her shoulders. "Tie the back? Should I wear my teeny tiny bottoms or my modest bottoms?"
"Is that even a question?" I laughed as I tied the back of her bikini top. "What should I wear?"
"Try on my red bikini with shorts and a tank top."
"Ok." I sighed and began the quest of finding said items. A ding went off on my phone, but before I could see who texted me, Riley flung herself across the room and grabbed my phone.
"Fuck!" Riley yelled.
"What?" I questioned.
"Um... Jace is on his way. Does he not know that women need at least an hour heads up?"
"Apparently not." I sighed and rushed to get dressed. I ran into the bathroom and pulled my hair into a loose side braid, applying mascara to my lashes, some blush, and a rose colored lip gloss.
"How the hell am I supposed to get ready this fast... Wait, are you done already?"
"Yeah."
"Ugh. He's waiting downstairs. I don't care how long I take."
"Ok, I guess."
-
I knew Jace was here before he knocked on my door. That loud ass car... I rushed downstairs, but not before literally falling down the stairs because my flip flop got caught. I really do hate my life. I heard roaring laughter and looked up to see that Jace and his friend had seen my graceful fall through the glass.
