Chapter 3: Her

Y/N's POV

I was still staring at the door until a voice was heard in my head. 'Y/N, why aren't you knocking or did you forget how to knock?'     Oh! I forgot to mention that my wolf, Nova lives inside of me. 

'No! Of course not! I'm just kinda unsure about this.' I replied inside my head. 

'Oh, come on! Don't be a big baby and start your first day of school already!'    She sounded too excited for my liking. 

'Fine~'    With that, I knocked on the door and got in. 

"Oh hello! You must be the new student."   The teacher gestured me to stand beside him.

"Yes, I am."     I gave him a polite smile.

 "I'm Mr. Kang! Now, why don't you introduce yourself to your classmates?" 

I nodded.   "Hello! My name is Kim Y/N. It's nice to meet all of you! Please take care of me."    After that, I bowed. 

"It's nice to meet you too, Y/N. Now you may sit down beside Taehyung. Taehyung, please raise your hand."      I saw a boy raising his hand.

I walked to him and immediately noticed all of his features. He was pretty handsome if I do say so myself. I gave him a smile but he doesn't seem to care nor he even looked at me. More like annoyed with my presence but I just shrugged it off.

I quickly sat down beside him next to the window. It's a good thing my seat is next to the window and it's at the back. I get less more attention when I'm back here. The whole time of the lesson, he kept ignoring me. Every time I tried to talk to him, he stayed silent. 

I wonder what was going on in his mind.

Taehyung POV

When I saw a girl entered the class, she got me staring at her for some reason. After she introduced herself, now I know her name's Y/N. That's actually a beautiful name for someone like her-

WAIT! What was I thinking?! Stop it, Taehyung! You can't fall for her. You have to wait for your mate. I watched as she approached me and gave me a small smile. I fought the urge to smile back and tried to keep a straight face, like I didn't care.

Then, she sat beside me looking straight at the front. During the lesson, she tried talking to me but for some reason I didn't know what to do, instead of talking to her I ignored her. 

After a couple of failed attempts, she finally gave up and focused on what the teacher was saying. I felt kinda bad treating her that way but what can I do? I was being an idiot and didn't even know how to react.

Time skip to Lunch (Cause I'm lazy😅)

I went out of the classroom and suddenly felt someone grab my shoulder. "Dude, why did you ignore the new girl?"   It was Jimin and Jungkook was standing behind him.

 "I don't know I kinda just did. I panicked when she tried talking to me. I don't know what to do." I replied. 

"Wait, isn't that suppose to be Jungkook's thing, panicking when being with girls?"    Jimin said with a smirk teasing our little maknae. 

Jungkook's eyes went wide and yelled "Yah! Hyung!"    He whined while playfully punched Jimin's arm. 

"Oww! What was that for?!"   Jimin yelled back at the younger one. 

"Come on, guys. The others are waiting."    I said, not wanting this to continue.

Y/N POV

Finally, the bell rang signaling us that it was time for lunch. I was packing my things when I saw that Taehyung guy dashing out of class.
