21. Far away

The house is surprisingly big with five bedrooms and of course, the two of you chose the cozy one. It has a nice view of the surrounding nature. You feel like you could stay here forever, the only negative thing about his place is the crappy signal, it's almost impossible to use your phone.

''What do you think?'' Oikawa said as he embraces you from behind while you take the beautiful view in.

''It's absolutely stunning, Tooru. Did you come here a lot when you were a kid?'' you asked cuddling your back into his chest.

''Yeah, I loved coming here, I still see it as my safe place'' he said quietly into your ear.

You kissed him and began unpacking your things. Your boyfriend sat on the bed admiring you, he didn't take his eyes off you. You could feel him eyeing you. You turn around and look at him.

''Um... Babe?'' you asked as you were wondering why he is staring at you so intensely. It also puzzled you why he had packed so much clothes, it looks like he's going away for at least a month.

''Hmm?'' he said looking innocent.

''Why did you pack so much clothes? It looks like you plan on staying here''

''Oh, I plan on going back again soon, I have something important to do here and you are going to tag along'' he hummed.

''Why don't we just do it while we're here?''

''I don't think it's time yet, besides we're going to have a special guest''

The two of you went for a hike to watch the sun go down. Oikawa apparently has the perfect spot. As you walked Oikawa told you all about his happy childhood memories here. It warms your heart the fact that the two of you have gotten this close.

Suddenly, he stopped walking and sat down, gesturing you to sit down next to him.

You followed suit.

''Y/n?''

''Yeah, Tooru?'' you answered as you gazed over the view.

''The guy that got attacked was named, is it the Kuroo you told me about?'' he asked you in a low emotionless tone. You figured it's to spare you from getting sad.

''Um... Yeah, it's the same guy. He's a very liked and outgoing person, I never thought such a thing would happen to him'' you said as you did your best not to get emotional.

Suddenly your phone started to ring, it surprised you due to the horrible signal. The phone number looked familiar, you apologized to your boyfriend and picked up the phone.

''Hey, y/n. I feel like shit, you didn't deserve what I did, can we talk?'' a familiar unpleasant voice said.

''Ah, speaking of the devil and he appears'' you said in a monotone voice. You looked Oikawa deep in the eyes and you could clearly see something within him change in a heartbeat.

''I'm flattered, y/n, it means a lot you haven't forgotten about me. I was your first everything after all'' Kuroo said in a smug voice.

Oikawa lost it and ripped your phone out of your hand and put it on speaker. You could almost hear the sinister thoughts in his head.

''Hey, if you treasure your life, I wouldn't call this number again'' he said in a disturbing voice.

''OH MY GOD, Y/N, YOU NEED TO GET AWAY THAT VOICE-'' Kuroo yelled but was cut off by Oikawa hanging up and blocking his number.
