Integrating an Elven

Elf aristocrat, from old blood. He'd always kept his distance form the growing human society, but is now forced to integrate with it as more and more elf/fae kinds begin to interact with humans. Laws need to be made to govern the new interactions and prevent anyone, fae, human or elven, from getting hurt. His naivety about human society and civilization gives him an innocent feel, despite being several centuries old (fae/elves are long lived). Bad with magi, despite his immense power, especially when it comes to the most basic natural elements (growing plants, manipulating earth, etc.).

Fae/elven in general are very secretive, both by natural instinct and by training, so while humans know fae exist, they don't realize the full scope of their powers at all, barely scratching the surface of just how deep their abilities go. 

He becomes a member of the human government's congress, alongside several other fae. Meets  a girl working there as an intern. She's fascinated with him and makes it her mission to teach him about humans, in the process making him slowly fall in love with her.

Side note: fae live so long that they have a significantly reduced sex drive compared to humans. That coupled wiht the way their society developed and the resulting social pressures means that the idea of anything as physically passionate as an orgasm is little more than a myth to fae. The fist time he orgasms is with his new human love interest. 

Their relationship develops into a dom (human girl)/sub (elf) relationship.

He goes away on business wiht the congress for several weeks when he first meets a very timid lesser fae. Takes takes him under his wing, showing him all the things the girl had been teaching him about humans. Begins to fall in love with the boy as well. Ends up having sex with him, with hims as the dom, the boy as the sub. 

Guilty about having cheated, but doesn't tell the girl about it when he returns, not until the boy shows up at the congress as an intern himself a few weeks later and he ends up falling into bed with him a second time. The boy followed him there because he's been inspired to do something with his life and follow in his footsteps to be involved with congress. 

Eventually admits to both of them he's been sleeping with the other and just how torn and confused he is about the situation because he still loves both of them. They end up in a three-way relationship.
