Jung Hosek POV Turning on my heels I run back inside the house, slamming the door behind me and giving (Y/N)'s father the deadliest glare I could muster.
He lets out an awkward laugh and shakes his head.
"She's always been quick to throw a tantrum, she gets it from her mother." He arrogantly states. I walk up to him and stand up straight in front of him angrily, surprising him.
"Sir with all due respect, what you said to her was harsh. And seeing how she doesn't talk of you often tells me you aren't that close to begin with." I say in a serious tone, watching as he clears his throat and straightens out his suit jacket.
"Well, with all do respect Hoseok, (Y/N) is the one who cut ties with her own family despite the threats I had given her if she left. And it was all because of some silly veterinarian dream." He sarcastically laughs, shaking his head again. "I mean, why would anyone choose dirty animals over their own family? A rich one at that." He continues laughing and places his hand on my shoulder. I shrug off his hand in annoyance and step back.
"How about you stay here and think about that question while I try to go find your daughter and grandson." I say harshly and watch as his smile fades.
"Hoseok-" My dad starts but I hold my hand up, stopping him.
"To me, (Y/N) is so much more than someone under a contract marriage with me. She means more than a business arrangement for a couple dollars. She means the world to me." I say seriously, I then walk to the front door and slip on my jacket and shoes. "Now, if you'll excuse me." I bow my head to my father and Mr.(Y/L/N) and walk out to find her.
(Y/N) POV "Mommy!" Ji Sung shouts cheerfully as he runs up to me and hugs my legs.
I smile down at him softly and lift him up, placing him on my hip and kissing his cheek gently.
(Y/N)." I hear Jin's voice, I look up at him and smile sadly. "It's over Jin." I let a tear stream down my cheek and he walks over to me quickly, wiping the tear away with his thumb and kissing my forehead gently. "Mom why are you crying?" Ji-Sung asks and we both look at him and smile.
"What are you talking about? Mom doesn't cry, her eyes just get sweaty sometimes." Jin jokes and I laugh and sniffle, watching as Ji-Sung laughs as well.
Jins phone ringing interrupts us. Jin reaches into his pocket and looks at the screen in confusion. "Who is it?" I ask setting down Ji-Sung, who runs off to an unfinished bowl of crackers in the kitchen. "I don't know..." He replies with his brows furrowed and then answers.
"Hello?" He says into the phone.
His eyebrows raise in surprise.
"You're coming here?"
"You're already outside-?"
"I don't think she wants to- ok-"
"Fine." He finally says and hangs up, placing his phone back in his pocket and looking up at me.
"I think you should go outside (Y/N)." He says to me softly and I look at him in confusion.
"Why-"
"Just go." He sighs and opens the door for me.
I slowly walk outside and what I see shocks me.
Hoseok.
He's standing there with a bouquet of soft pink roses.
"Hosoek what are you-" I walk up to him and he holds them out to me quickly.
"I don't want to lose you (Y/N)." He says and takes my hand, placing the bouquet in it gently.
"I don't care that I'm not the father of Ji-Sung, my makeup artist- was a mistake that won't happen again." He says the last part quickly and rubs the back of his neck nervously. "Listen- I love Ji-Sung no matter what, and I love you no matter what." He says and looks down.
"(Y/N), you mean everything to me, and I don't know what I'm going to do without you because- I love us." He finally makes eye contact with me and clasps my free hand in his.
"We're probably the worst-best-couple to exist." He jokes and I let out a little laugh.
"But we're still a couple, if you just stay. So I'm begging (Y/N). Please stay. If not for me, then for Ji-Sung because he doesn't deserve this at his age- at all." He pleads and leans my hand against his forehead, closing his eyes tightly.
I sigh as I look at him and the roses.
"Ok Hoseok." I say gently and he looks up at me with a hopeful glint in his soft brown eyes. His eyebrows raised in surprise that I responded to him and his hands gently shaking against mine in nervousness.
"You'll stay?" He asks in a quiet voice and I slowly nod my head.
"Yes Hoseok, I'll stay with you. For us, and fir Ji-Sung. For our twisted little family." I say and smile softly.
His mouth curves into a big smile and he lets out a noise of excitement as he wraps his arms around me tightly, burying his face in my neck as he continues to hold me tightly.
"I love you (Y/N)." He says softly and I sigh.
"I love you too, Hoseok."
