Chapter 2

Ninjago100: Hello everyone again! So glad you could join us! Now, for chapter three, it will be a while before we start drafting it. Chapter two is a monster of a chapter, but it was DEFINITELY worth it! We do have another co-writer, PaperOwen, who has agreed to help us, but we are still looking for that one person to do battle scenes.

PaperOwen: Hey everyone, glad to be part of the crew! And making you something to read as we eagerly wait for RWBY Volume 8! ;)

Oscar: I am also glad that PaperOwen is not torturing me! ^-^

Ninjago100: Yet.

Oscar: ...what do you mean by... 'yet'?

Ninjago100: they are not torturing you... YET.

Oscar: 0_o

PaperOwen: Meh. We'll see. (thinks about to themselves)

Plexieglasses: well, I mean, I was actually the one who wrote that battle scene between you and Tyrian in chapter one where you almost ended up dead... so... like... I hope you don't hate me...?

Oscar: ... (-_-)

Plexieglasses: I promise I still love and support you! I just... have plans... BESIDES, I wrote the cute scene between you and Ruby at the end! You're welcome!

Oscar: *Gasps* There's a scene between Ruby and I at the end?!

Plexieglasses: oops. 🤭🤫🤐

Ninjago100: -_- well, cat's out of the bag.

Oscar: I LOVE YA AGAIN!!

Everyone sat quietly in the airship waiting for Ruby to tell them the plan. She sat there thinking of the most efficient and safest way to save Oscar. And fast. The others were growing restless, waiting for her to think up a plan. But not only did they have to find Oscar, they also had to remember the other people who remained in Mantle and save them as well, not to mention keeping out of sight from Atlas military, for they were no longer welcomed guests, but now wanted fugitives. And for what? Wanting to save everyone in Atlas and Mantle? That made Ruby even more frustrated. She knew the best option was to split up. But every time they split up, something bad happens! The White Fang. Yang's arm. Oscar leaving. Weiss's kidnapping. Qrow getting drunk.

Pyrrha...

No, Ruby thought. I won't let that happen again. They will split up, yes, but this time, they have communication for long-range. This time, they will go in pairs of two or more people. This time, they can look out for each other. An idea formed into a plan, as she turned to everyone in the airship. Ruby took a deep breath to calm her nerves before speaking.
