Trapped at Vidcon

Chapter 10

Phil POV

It's been three days since we've been looking for a way to escape. 6 people have died since then; Marzia, Felix, Bethany, Nate, Destery, and Connor. I didn't know Nate and Des that well, but they were really funny and nice. Right now, Dan and I were on one of the convention floors, sitting on one of the couches near the window.

"What if we don't make it?" I asked Dan. He rested his head on my shoulder, looking out the window.

"I don't know." He answered. "It's either we both get out or we don't. I'm not leaving here without you."

"If I do die, please, don't stay here. Don't kill yourself to be with me or whatever, leave. You have to promise you'll try to be okay. I promise that to you." I said, sitting up and looking Dan in the eyes.
He sighed. "I'll try my best, for you." I smiled.
"I love you."
"I love you too." I kissed his cheek.

Someone POV(same one as before)

"Love makes me sick." I said, as I watched Dan and Phil on the computer monitor

"But what about-" "That was fake, we've been over that."

"So who's next?" One of my assistants asked. I turned to face them, smirking

"I have someone in mind. But it's gonna be a little harder than the others."

Sarah POV

Quinn, Kait and I were in mine and Ash's room. He had gone somewhere with Luke, so it was just us. "Guys, I'm scared." My sister said. I pulled her into a side hug. "I know. I am too." "So am I." I pulled Quinn in as well. "Luke said that we would make it out of here. But I can't help but feel he's wrong." Kait said.

"Maybe he's right." I said. We sat there in silence for a few moments. "What's gonna happen to our family if we don't make it? What if only one of us makes it? Sarah, what the hell would I do if you got-" "Please, don't talk about it like that. Lets look on the bright side of this. You finally got to hang out with 5sos, Quinn finally got to meet them, and were here with our favorite YouTubers apart from ThacherJoe." He was my current favorite YouTuber.

"I mean, I guess that's good. But our lives are in danger!" Kait pointed out again. "Seriously, shut up about it. If you can't change it, stop worrying about it." Quinn said. Kait glared at her. "Yes, I get that death is bad, but honestly if we can't avoid it, then let's just enjoy being with them." Quinn explained. I nodded, agreeing with her. "Like good stuff has happened so far, like Phan coming out, Kait dating Lu-" She stopped, and Kait slapped her arm. "Thanks a lot." She mumbled.

"What?" I asked. Kait's dating Luke? "Luke and I are a thing. I've only told Quinn and Luke has only told Ashton, Michael, and Cal. No one was supposed to say anything to the others yet, but Quinn just blew that." Kait looked at Quinn. "Sorry!" She tried to defend herself. "I don't care, as long as he doesn't hurt you." I said. Kait smiled. "Thanks."

Luke POV

I ran back downstairs. I couldn't find Kait, and no one saw where she went. "KAIT!" I yelled, running over by the main stage. She wasn't there, either. "KAITLIN!" I screamed, starting to run to the food court.

"LUKE!" I turned around. Michael was standing there. I walked over to him. "She's gone. They took her." I whispered. "It's my fault. I left her alone to get something from the room. An-and I came back and sh-she wasn't there. I looked for her, but I couldn't find her. It's all my fault, Mikey." I explained. Tears were running down my face now. "Luke, it isn't-" "ITS MY FAULT!" I yelled. I started to full-on cry. "Luke. It is not your fault. It's the fucked up person who's keeping us here's fault." He said. Michael started hugging me.

"Let's get back to the others and tell them." Michael suggested.

"O-ok."
