The Babies Have Arrived

August 1st, 2015

9 month pregnant Natasha and Pepper were both sitting on the couch eating chips. Since their 3rd trimester had started the 2 were very moody. What annoyed them, even more, was when Tony and Steve would ask if they were okay every 5 minutes. So now basically all the guys were walking on eggshells. "I want these babies out of me," Pepper said randomly. "I know I can't imagine what it's like for you" Natasha replied then the two of them went back to eating chips.

August 10th, 2015

"Hey, do you guys know where Tony is?" Pepper asked coming walking into the living room. "Yeah he was just fixing something up in the nursery" Steve replied from somewhere in the kitchen. Pepper then nodded and walked into the living room to sit on the couch but before she could she felt something wet and sticky slide down her leg. "Shit!" Pepper exclaimed. "Langu-Pepper what's wrong," Steve asked as he walked into the living room. " I think my water just broke" Pepper whispered. "TONY GET YOUR ASS HERE RIGHT NOW YOUR WIFE'S WATER BROKE!" Natasha yelled out and then Tony came running out. "J.A.R.V.I.S GET BRUCE AND CHO TO THE MED BAY NOW!" Tony yelled out. "Hey, honey how are you feeling" " As good as you can when you're having contractions that are worse than period cramps" Pepper snapped. "Right sorry let's get you to the Medbay" Tony apologized and walked her to the elevator.

"Okay, so your only 3 centimeters dilated so you still have a lot of time until you have to push" Bruce informed Pepper after doing a quick checkup. "Thank you Bruce," Tony said not looking away from Pepper.

5 hours later

"Okay, so your 10 centimeters dilated so you can start pushing" Bruce informed to a very sweaty Pepper.

Time Skip( I don't know anything about childbirth so please don't be mad)

"Look Pepper they're here, our two baby boys," Tony said holding his two babies. "You did so good thank you for giving me a family and making me a Dad," Tony said letting tears come out of his eyes. "Thank you for making me a Mom," Pepper said also crying taking the older of the twins from Tony. "So you guys thought about any names?" Bruce asked coming into the room. "Yeah, Harley James Stark" Pepper said pointing to the baby in her hands. "And Peter Edwin Stark" Tony said pointing to the baby in his arms. "You guys up for visitors" They heard a voice from the door and looked up to see the Avengers. "Yeah you guys can come in"

"Aww they're so cute," Natasha said cooing over them. "You wanna hold one?" Tony asked his sister and she nodded in response. "So what are their names?" Rhodey asked. "The baby that Pepper is holding is Harley James Stark and he's the oldest and the Baby that Tasha has is Peter Edwin Stark" Tony answered. "Y-You named him after me?" Rhodey asked swallowing the lump in his throat. " Of course we did platypus." Tony responded. "Thank you." Rhodey said hugging both Pepper and Tony. After that all of the Avengers took turns holding the twins until they had to leave. "Technically you would be released tomorrow or in a couple of days but since we are all here you can go to your rooms today," Bruce said. "Thank you, Bruce," Pepper says now in a random t-shirt and sweatpants.

The two gave the Twins their first shower and dressed them up in IronMan onesies and took them to their nursery. "There there don't cry Petey," Tony said hushing the fussy baby trying to get him to sleep. "Bruce suggested skin to skin if they can't sleep," Pepper said putting Harley in his crib. "Okay you can go to bed I've got this" Tony said placing Peter in his crib and took his shirt off. Tony then grabbed Peter and sat down on the chair in the nursery and tried to get the baby to sleep. Peter slowly stopped crying after hearing the quiet humming coming from the Arc Reactor. "Oh you like the Arc Reactor," Tony says tiredly.

Soon enough Peter fell asleep and so did Tony. That's how Pepper found the two at 2 am, Peter laying on his father's chest while Tony had a protective arm wrapped around him asleep. And maybe she took a picture and maybe she didn't but one thing that she knew was that Everything was going to be okay.

August 21, 2015

It had been 10 days since the twins were born and everything at the tower was doing great and today things were going to get even better. Today was Natasha's due date. She was supposed to have a C-section because if not she or the baby could die.

Natasha and Steve had to go to the Med-Bay first thing they woke up so the operation could start. Their baby would also have a few extra tests that had to do with Steve's serum. The surgery started at 9:30 am and ended at 10:00. The C-Section had gone well, both Natasha and the Baby were fine much to Steve and everybody else's relief.

"Hey Baby Girl I'm your Daddy," Steve said holding his daughter waiting for Natasha to wake up. "Stevie" Natasha mutters waking up. "Yeah doll I'm right here and so is our Daughter," Steve says to Natasha. "Can I hold her?" "Of course you can see is your daughter," Steve says with a smile. "I think Madison would suit her. Madison Maria Rogers. What do you think?" Natasha asks Steve. "I think it's perfect" Steve replies kissing her forehead. A couple of minutes later they hear a knock on the door and Tony's head pokes in. " Are you ready to have visitors?" He asks quietly. The two of them nodded their heads and the whole team came in.

"She's adorable what's her name?" Wanda asks from where she's standing. "Madison Maria Rogers," Natasha says slowly looking at Tony fro the Maria part. "You named her after Mom?" Tony asked and Natasha nodded. "Do you wanna hold her?" Natasha asked Tony who gulped then nodded. "Hey cutie I'm your Uncle Tony and I'm spoiling you so much" Tony whispered to Madison then kissed her forehead. "Not too much" Steve warned. "Yeah whatever Old Man," Tony said waving him off and handing Madison back to Natasha. "Sorry to interrupt but I just need a blood test," Bruce said coming in. "No it's fine" Steve assured. Bruce then set everything he needed and pushed the needle into Madison's foot and got the blood.

"After I test this you guys can leave," Bruce said walking out of the room. 30 minutes Bruce came back with the test results. "Good news she has the serum in her which will prevent her from having any sickness that Steve had before the serum" Bruce said. "Oh thank I wouldn't want her to go through all the things I went through," Steve said visibly relieved. "Okay after she has her first bath, you guys can go back to where ever you want," Bruce said looking over his clipboard. "Thank you Bruce" "Your welcome" Bruce responded walking out to go and sleep after the long night.

The two then gave Madison a shower and changed her clothes into a white onesie with the Black Widow symbol. By the time they finished, it was late at night so they took Madison to her nursey to feed her, change her diaper then put her to sleep. " Night Baby Girl" Steve said kissing his daughter's forehead after laying her down in her crib.

The Avenger's lives had been changed over the last couple of days with 3 new additions to their Dysfunctional Family.
