Peter: Hey Mj! Wanna come over for a movie or something? May's out of the house for the night.

Mj: Yeah. Sounds fun. Be there in 10. 

Peter:  Ok. See you later!

Mj: see ya dork.

Peter's POV

I was getting popcorn while I waited for Mj to arrive. Soon enough I heard a knock on my door. I went to open it and let Mj in. 

"So what kinda movie are we watching. I'm not picky," she said.

"Uh I was thinking about a horror film. Is that cool?" I asked.

"Huh, totally thought it was gonna be Star Wars or something dorky like that. But horror is cool."

"Ok, what about.... A Quiet Place?"

"Sure."

I got the movie ready and sat down on the couch. Mj sat next to me. I hit play and we started watching. At the scene where Morgan knocked over a lamp, Mj was startled by the jump scare, causing her to jump towards me. The scene proceeds to get more suspenseful as it continued. 

"I can't watch! I can't watch!" Mj said as she nuzzled her face into the crook of my neck.

 I was scared too, but I tried my best to stay calm and comfort Mj.

"It's ok. It's just a movie. Do you want me to turn it off?" I asked.

"No I wanna see what happens next."

"Suit yourself."

We continued the movie until we got to the scene where Evelyn has to give birth. Very scary scene. Mj couln't watch so she, once again, had to put her face on me. She periodically looked up then immediately looked away. I was rubbing her back trying to comfort her. 

"I've got you. They can't hurt you."

I turned it off and carried Mj to my room.

"Hey Peter," She said

"Yeah."

"Can I stay over here tonight?"

"Um, sure. The guest room is right over there."

"No, I mean with you. In here."

I turned completely red.

"Uhm. S-sure. If you really want to."

I got into my bed with Mj. She stayed close to me the entire night. And in the morning, I woke up to a not-so-happy and confused May.

All done! Sorry that it's taken me a while to write this one. There's this weird thing called, I don't know if you've heard of it, but, a life. Yeah, it gets kind in the way sometimes. I digress. Soooo, hope you like it. And if you're lucky, I will update within the next five years. And uh, give me your story ideas! I don't have very many left so hopefully I can get some good ones from you guys. Anyway, hope you enjoyed, Buh bye!
