The flight to the dragon village was anything but pleasent. Lukathis kept slipping in the gray dragons claws, causing more deep wounds in his blue scales. Lukathis acted odd. He was obviously in pain, yet his head hung low, and swung in the slight breeze. Vivial kept trying to catch his eye, but Caliux seemed to make sure they weren't within roaring distace.

"Vivial, who would you like to fight first in my arena?" Calliux roared. Vivial thrashed in his grip. She twisted and turned and bit at his talons. Eventually she made contact, biting his wrist, ripping the flesh. The blue dragon recoiled and released her. "No one!" She yelled, as she fell torwards the snowy mountains.

Calliux massaged his wrist, and wiped the blood off of it. He mumbled something about baby fangs, then swooped down to catch her, before his "prize" was splattered aginst a mountain. Vivial was twisting and thrashing, and flapping her wings, but it was useless. She still couldn't fly. Calliux dove down beside her, and spread his wings to slow his fall. "You still can't fly, or do you really want to die this soon?" He called to her. "Shuttup!" She growled. She had realized after she was dropped that her plan was not completely thought out.

Lukathis watched her fall. "Let me go." He said to Gatre. The gray dragon on his left chuckled, and said, "Now why should I do that?" Lukathis growled. "Do it. Now." Gatre looked at Lukathis's torn wing. "Alright. Have fun dying." Gatre and Vendiq let go of Lukathis. The blue dragon plummeted torwards Vivial and Calliux.

Calliux was trying to catch Vivial, but every time he got near her, she would try to attack him, sending them both spiraling out of control. Lukathis shot torwards them, not bothering to open his wings. Lukathis collided with Calliux, and both dragons became a whirl of claws, fangs, and blood. The three dragons were nearing the giant snowy mountain tips. The clan dragons, realizing what was going on, all began to soar torwards the mountains themselves.

Vivial, still out of control, was roaring at the twisting, bloody catfight that was Lukathis and Calliux. Gatre and Vendiq caught up with Vivial, and caught her. The other five clan dragons were trying to seperate the two bloody blue dragons. Right before they hit the mountainside, Lukathis and Calliux were seperated. Two dragons helping Calliux stay airborne, and three holding Lukathis's limp body.

All of them flew up, back into the clouds. Vivial tried to bite Gatre, but he grabbed her snout, and held it shut. Vivial, eyes tearingup fron Gatre's talons, looked at Lukathis. His eyes were closed, and his wings hung limply at his sides. There were several scratches on his face and chest. She wasn't close enough to see if he was still breathing. She decided to do what Calliux said, from now on, so that Lukathis wouldn't get hurt again.

Night came, and the clan dragons did not seem to be tireing. Vivial though, yawned, and started listening to the rythimic fwoosh of Gatre and Vendiq's wings. She slowly drifted off to sleep.

Vivial was awoken by Lukathis roaring loudly. She lifted her head quickly in confusion, and looked around. The clan had landed in the dragon village, and a crowd of dragons had surrounded them. Calliux was beside Lukathis roaring, and the crowd of dragons was cheering. Lukathis had his head lain low, and his eyes closed. The crowd was throwing stones and glass at him. Calling him a traitor. Vivial didn't know what the were talking about. She didn't know of any time when he had betrayed them.

Calliux lifted his claws, and the abuse stopped. He walked over to Vivial, and grabbed her by the neck. "I have brought the beast back! Now we can properly use her!" The crowd cheered. Calliux dug his claws into the back of her neck. "We will have a tourniment tomorrow!" He yelled to more cheers. The clan dragons lead them to the arenas holding cages. Vivial was thrown in with a small white dragon, and Lukathis was thrown in his own cage, beside Vivial and the white dragon.

After the clan dragons left, Vivial ran to the edge of the cage, as close as she could get to her friend. "Lukathis! Are you okay? I'm sorry, I'm so sorry!" She cried holding the bars. Lukathis didn't move.
