The Hindu tradition has an amazingly large corpus of texts spanning Vedas, Vedanta, Puranas, Upanishad, smritis and itihaas. Itihaas-- consists of India's two major epics- Ramayana and Mahabharat(originally named Jaya).

Mahabharat is one of the greatest stories ever told. The story of Mahabharat is about the antecedents and consequents of good or evil, dharm or adharm, Kaurav or Pandav. The core Mahabharat is known to everyone and is understood as a dispute between cousins.
But it is is much more real, and thus much more fascinating. Every conceivable human attribute figures in it, that's why it is relevant even today. The text itself stated that what is not found in the Mahabharat, will not be found anywhere else.

In this version, the characters will cross roads again. But now, it's just their soul. The last character enters the Swarg in 95th parva of Mahabharat 'Svargarohana', along with ending the Jaya.

I,thus, bow to the Great Ved Vyas and Krishna, my eternal love, before starting my journey with the epic.
And also, welcome you to walk this path with me and give a prologue to the mighty epic.

Disclaimer: This is a work of fiction. Though the stories are all ready in the Mahabharat the conversation, happenings, and thoughts are of my own.
The Mahabharat is composed by Krishn Dwaipayan Ved Vyas and penned by Lord Ganesh.
