Yoongi was staring out the window of his room. A week had passed. A week since he had last seen Jungkook and it was the worst. The fact that Jungkook wasn't here made him anxious... he felt on edge.

In addition Jungkook seemed to have been just as nervous as he had been all day. Yoongi could feel it over the mental link. Jungkook's anxiousness easily translated into his own nervosity and he ended up feeling on edge all day long.

He sighed, dropping the book he had tried reading for hours on the bed. It just didn't work.

"Namjoon made dinner." Hoseok pushed the door to his room open, glancing inside to make sure Yoongi was actually there and would hear him.

"Thanks for telling me." Yoongi climbed off his bed. He'd have to visit Jungkook soon. Maybe just for a weekend... he had to see Jungkook again. Being seperated made him go crazy.

"Everything alright with you?" Hoseok's voice was laced with concern. Yoongi knew he was trying to be nice, but he also wasn't so sure if telling him was a good idea. Maybe he was going to interpret it his own way. After all they had broken up because Yoongi had been too clingy... if Yoongi were to tell him about how much he missed his boyfriend he hadn't seen for just a week... what would he be thinking?

Nevertheless he decided to tell him. Maybe just to get it off his mind. Because he fucking missed Jungkook. Jungkook not being there felt like a piece of his heart was missing.

"Just... I've been dating this guy in my hometown for a while." They entered the kitchen where Namjoon had prepared some proper food this time. Miracles truly happened it seemed.

"Really, you're seeing someone?" Namjoon asked, clearly curious. "Since when?"

Yoongi sat down on one of the more comfortable chairs and started eating right away. "A couple of months."

Hoseok opened his mouth in surprise. "You never told us."

Yoongi shrugged, focusing on his food as the other two took their seats too. "Felt a bit weird about telling you."

An awkward silence fell over the table and Yoongi felt kind of bad. Hoseok had clearly tried not to let the fact that they had dated for a while change anything. It just felt wrong to Yoongi. He'd once though he was in love with this guy while Hoseok had easily gotten over him.

Which had been the issue in the first place. Hoseok hadn't actually wanted to settle down. Yoongi had wanted to do exactly that.

"Sorry. It was just weird... anyways, he's really cute... too cute actually. I miss him."

Namjoon still looked as awkward as he had before. As always whenever anyone mentioned relationships around him. But Hoseok actually looked pretty sympathetic. "Long distance relationships are hard..."

Yoongi sighed. Yeah, they really were...

For a few minutes they ate in silence, but suddenly the doorbell rang. Hoseok and Namjoon seemed just as confused as he was about whoever was paying them a visit, so Yoongi ended up walking to the door to check who it was that had decided to show up this late in the evening.

"What do you...?" Yoongi froze. He must have gotten a lot less sleep last night than he had originally though because there was no way Jungkook was actually standing in front of his door. The door to his flat. The door to his flat in Seoul. The door to his flat that was very clearly not anywhere near Daegu where Jungkook was supposed to be right now.

But here he was. Jungkook, in that familiar paw print t-shirt, a bag thrown over his shoulder and an awkward smile on his face.

Yoongi had no idea what to say. Aside from the fact that he still wasn't sure that he wasn't imagining things... there was no way Jungkook was actually standing in front of this door right now. But this Jungkook looked awfully real.

"I-" Jungkook hesitantly placed his hands on the strap of his bag. "I asked Jimin if he could take me here because I wanted to come see you... he showed me how to take the train and everything... I think he might know that I'm not completely normal." Jungkook babbled, seemingly nervous. "Being around so many people is scary but I did it and I didn't growl at anyone."

Yoongi was still staring. This Jungkook sounded an awful lot like Jungkook...

"I..." Jungkook hesitated. "I really missed you."

Yoongi couldn't wrap his head around it. Hesitantly he reached his hand out, part of him scared that it would actually just turn out to be his imagination and Jungkook wasn't actually there. But his hand made contact with soft skin when he touched Jungkook's cheek.

"You're really here..." There was no way.

Jungkook giggled, putting his hand on Yoongi's. "I'm really here. I..." He glanced around.

"I was wondering if the offer for living in your room here is still up?"

Yoongi couldn't believe this was happening. Couldn't properly process what Jungkook being here meant.

Instead he took a step forward before pulling Jungkook into a kiss. He'd have all time in the world to process what Jungkook being here meant. For now all that mattered was that Jungkook was actually here. The lips he felt against his own were real. He'd gotten his pup back.

Yoongi's home was here.
