"Regina?"Mom called out while knocking.
I woke up to the sound of my mum knocking at my bedroom door and calling my name. I quickly got out of bed and went to open the door, I see my mom staring at me. "Whats wrong?" I asked curiously. "Regina, your gonna be late for school, hurry up and get dress so you have your breakfast before you go to school" mum says in hash tone "Yes mum I will be down in 20 minutes" I say while looking at clock on the wall.
***20 mins later***
I'm standing in front of my mirror putting some make up. I put on some mascara and some light pink lipstick on my lips. I never was the kind of girl that wear a lots of make up, I like to look a bit natural. After I'm satisfied with the way I look, I grab my bag from my study desk in my room and rush down stairs to eat breakfast.
When I entered the kitchen I see my brother Kyle patiently waiting for me to come eat my breakfast. My brother is 18 he always been really loving and really protective when it comes to me and honestly, I never really minded. In the other side of the table my dad is sitting there eating his breakfast. My dad and I are not very close but he is a really loving person but he is usually busy with his work so he wasn't always with me through out my childhood. My mum spends more time with me than my dad ever could. My mum work as a nurse in a hospital in our town while dad runs his own business. Due to that we never actually had to suffer any financial problems. My dad can effort to give as a great stable living even if my mum didn't have a job although my mom never wanted to be a stay at home mother so after I was seven years old my mum applied to the nursing job in the hospital. I go sit near Kyle and starts eating my breakfast as well.
After I'm done with my breakfast I kiss my mum goodbye and wave dad goodbye while heading out of the front door to see Kyle already waiting for me in the car to take me to school. My brother already got his license and after he got his license he always take me to school since we both are in the same school. He had to repeat one more year of school since he had to go abroad last year to do a surgery. No one really told me why he had to do the surgery but I didn't bother finding out more about it later on, after my mum told me it was better for me if I didn't know.
After a 15 minutes drive we arrived at the school parking lot.
