'OI, CATCH THOSE KIDS!' - he yelled on top of his already damaged lungs as we ran towards the car laughing stupidly at our rebelliousness.Shutting the door, Artem sped of the car driving anywhere but far.
Just like that we got away!!!
We cheered all the way. Proud enough of ourselves. Artem open up the vodka bottle gulping it harshly as if there was no tomorrow.
Talk about a heavy drinker!
Placing the cold bottle between his thighs, he took out a single cigarette from the box placing it between his lips then lid it with a cigarette lighter.
I glared at him as he puffed each smoke out in the air as if it were the only key to his joy. As if he couldn't live without it. Feeling my pairs on him he turned to ask,
'Wanna try?' - while keeping his gaze on the road and gesturing the cigarette.
I ogled the thin cigarette in between his fingers with two thoughts running wildly in my head,
should I? Should I not?
Fuck it, I only live once. A few pulls wouldn't hurt, right?
Not that I haven't tried this people. I'm truly not that good and holier than thou mates! I've once sat with Cal while he were smoking in my room.
And it happened that after he was satisfied with it, he placed the leftovers in an ashtray before leaving my room.
As you know my involvement with new experiences, I couldn't help myself but take a few puffs.
The next thing I knew, I found my hand stretching to take the cigarette in his fingers and inhaled the substance calmly as if I were a pro or already used to it by now, while not.
After holding the smoke for a few seconds in my mouth, I exhaled confidently from the corner of my mouth before going for another shot. With my eyes still closed in the process, I swear I could feel a pair of eyes on me.
'I guess you two are familiar with each other, huh!' - he referred to the cigarette. -'judging by the way you exhale, damn you're a pro!' - he stated complimentarily.
I inwardly congratulated myself proudly. Still with a serious straight face I responded,
'It takes courage! But I have way too much.' - I bragged. Way the go Robbie! You the MAN! I cheered inwardly. I watched as he shook his head lightly and smirk.
Our drive was long but surprisingly fun and enjoyable.
At that moment, I didn't care much of where he was driving me cause I enjoyed the view from the window and cool music he was playing from the radio of his car - machine-gun Kelly, bloody valentines and Blackbear, hot girl bummer.
I didn't normally listen to the artists but they doing the most right now. I rolled down the window on my side and took out my feet a little. Mind you, the cigarette was still locked between my fingers.
I relaxed and took a moment of my joy ride. Hilariously enough, I almost forgot Artem's presence and the fact that I were in his car with him driving. Don't blame me though.
