Jughead wanted to be back home. He wanted to be at the trailer, hiding away from everyone, or at Archie's, cuddled into his arms. He wanted to leave Boston behind, right now.He couldn't be home right now though, it occurred to him just a minute later. He knew that FP was walking over to Betty's and Veronica's room to tell them that they would leave in the morning but he didn't know what to do. What he could have was Archie cuddling with him and telling him soothing words though. Jughead wasn't sure how he should feel but he knew two things for sure.
1) He loved Archie.
2) He was really touch starved.
Someone knocked on the door, shortly after 8pm. The two had ordered dinner up to their room, using the chance to just stay in bed for now. Though now, the rest of the gang stood outside in the hallway.
"You two want to join us for a karaoke evening?" Betty asked. Archie turned around to face Jughead, who just shook his head.
Jughead: Tired
"I'll be right downstairs with you guys" Archie said, smiling softly before closing the door. He walked over to Jughead and climbed on top of him, leaning down to kiss him softly.
"You okay?"
"Mhm"
"Just tired?"
Jughead nodded.
"I'm sure that it must be overwhelming for you. I would head down to meet B&V if you're okay with that" As an answer, Jughead simply kissed him.
"Alright, I won't be gone for too long, I promise. Feel free to go to bed already, I'll be quiet when I come back" Archie explained. Jughead nodded, chasing another kiss from Archie's lips before letting him go into the evening.
He wasn't not tired but he couldn't sleep. After laying in bed for an hour, he eventually got up and turned to pacing, trying to run the thoughts out, trying to be faster.
9:21pm. He couldn't go back to Riverdale. Not with everyone knowing about his past. Everyone knew what happened. Archie and FP knew everything now. It was his choice, to tell them everything, yes, but they asked him and he couldn't say no to them.
9:23pm. He couldn't stay here either.
9:28pm. Hiding away wasn't an option though. There was no way. Archie would come and try to find him, even if he told him not to. FP would too. He couldn't just disappear like before, just off the radius.
9:35pm. He would need to disappear completely if he tried to. He would need to go somewhere completely new. Not Boston. Not Riverdale. Perhaps not even North America.
9:40pm. There was no option but to cover every of his tracks. Leave behind his stuff. Maybe he could take his camera with him but everything else had to be abandoned. His phone. His laptop. His books. His clothes. His name even.
Everything.
He had to start anew now.
Sitting back down on his bed, because his wrists ached from the pacing with crutches, he grabbed his laptop and opened his mail program.
