Peter finished the shift alone as Tony was in a 'date' with Stephen.In fact he should have been here by now.It was already 10 pm...It was hard to just stay in the lab alone especially for Peter...he would really want someone to be with right now.He didn't go to the penthouse even that Mr.Barton invited Pete.

"Pete...At last come and eat dinner!"-Mrs.Romanoff had said coming inside the lab.-"You have a fast metabolism you need to eat more!"

"Thanks Nat but I really am not hungry!"-Peter had said not wanting to be a burden.

"What about Churros?You can't say no to that?I know you love them ,Since that ..."-She didn't finish because Peter did.

"Since that old lady gave me two and said that they where the key of a happy stomach!Yes I did tell you that?"-Peter said giving a small smile.

"So thats a Yes?"-Nat demanded and Peter nodded.

Nat left the room and went down.All the avengers where sitting around the table and waiting for Peter to cheer them up.When the elevator opened they cheered a little but then they saw it was only Nat they all went back to that grumpy mode.

"Hes not comin' Is he?"-Bucky said his eyes a little hoping he did.

Nat shook her head.-"I did what I can...He probably thinks he is a burden already...I really think we messed it up somewhere but I can't find where we made a mistake!"

The avengers had started to think that Peter would never be close to them if he continued to see them as strangers.

The dinner was silent and only forks could be heard.And any little chatter.Clint wasn't even that annoying without Peter around.

I take that back...At the moment Clint backflip from his chair because he saw an 'invisible' cockroach just to piss Nat off which just ignored him.

As for Peter he was finishing a plan in a Blueprint.He was hopping to show it to Mr.Stark as fast as he comes to the lab.

He was placing things on their places when his phone rang.Peter took it.In fact it was an Unknown number.He opened it anyway.

"Hello!"-He said and waited for answer.-"Hello who is this?"-Peter said again.

The person behind the call didn't answer.

Silence*

Peter just ignored it  closed the call.But as fast as he started collecting his things the phone rang again.

"Hello?Who is it?"-Peter said again a little more disturbed.

Silence*
