It has been a while since Ji Fan went into the tree to get the Golden Flower. Song Qi was waiting outside, sitting on a rock. She looked towards the tree and said with worried expressions,
"Ji Fan where are you? Why are you not coming back?"
She stood up and said,
"I will count to 10 if he doesn't came back till then I am going inside. one...two...three...I don't know, I am going!"
She stood up and went towards the tree. When she was about to climb up the tree, suddenly Ji Fan appeared in front of her. Song Qi looked at him angrily. Ji Fan gave her a slight smile,
" I am back."
Song Qi tried to hit him when Ji Fan dodged it. Song Qi got at bit confused as it was the first time Ji Fan had dodged her, otherwise he had always let her hit him. Ji Fan saw Song Qi's expressions and said,
"Look! I got the Golden Flower. Lets go, we don't have much time left."
Song Qi nodded. Ji Fan moved forward without holding Song Qi's hand. Song Qi looked at her hand with a sad face.
"What was I expecting....."
She gave a sigh and went after Ji Fan. On their way back to the demon tree, Ji Fan kept thinking about something and didn't say word. Song Qi was noticing Ji Fan's unusual behaviour.
She asked him,
"Are you okay?"
Ji Fan didn't reply. Song Qi tried to put her hand on Ji Fan's shoulder. Ji Fan noticed her hand and moved away.
"Wha...what happened?"
Song Qi looked at Ji Fan and said,
"You tell me what happened?"
Ji Fan forced a smile on his face and said,
"Nothing, I am fine. I was just thinking about that demon tree."
Song Qi gave him a soft smile and said,
"It will be alright. You don't have to worry so much. Come on let's go."
She tried to hold Ji Fan's hand when Ji Fan again moved his hand away. Song Qi looked at Ji Fan and said,
"What's the matter? Why are you not letting me touch your hand?"
Ji Fan forced a smile and said,
"Nothing, I am fine. We are getting late lets go."
Song Qi shook her head,
"No, something is wrong. You are not being yourself. Let me see your hand."
She moved her hand towards Ji Fan to touch him when suddenly she lost control over it. She sit down and while looking at her hand said,
"I...I can't move my hand."
Ji Fan sat down near Song Qi to looked at her hand,
"It must be because of the poison."
Ji Fan wanted to hold Song Qi's hand but he stopped himself from doing so. He stood up and said,
"We don't have much time left. Lets go quickly!"
He went forward. Song Qi stood up and looked at Ji Fan's back with a worried expression,
"What's wrong with him?"
Song Qi went after Ji Fan. After a while, they reached the demon tree. The demon tree said,
"Welcome back! I was waiting for you. Have brought the Golden Flower?"
