I bent onto my knees as I gasped for breath. I knew the trio behind me were probably already in defensive formation, but I was a hokage level shinobi; no mere chuunin or jounin were taking me down without a fight.

I sighed as I stood straight. I could hear Kurama snickering in my mind at my current predicament.

I turned around and faced the three. Although worn and torn and probably exhausted, they still looked ready to fight, especially Kakashi who, although now a permanent cyclops, was still shoving his comrades behind him and shifting a kunai into his hand.

Seeing Kakashi again made my heart beat painfully in my chest, and the back of my eyes burn. Thankfully he looked a lot different, a lot younger, and I managed to keep a straight face.

And damn it really hit for a second that these were children. Ready to fight for their lives. It really struck a cord.

I sighed and ran a hand through my now red locks.

"Who are you?" Rin asked as she crouched at Kakashi's side, ready to attack. Obito quickly mimicked her.

"Err- listen, kids, umm," I groaned as I shifted my weight to my left leg. Kakashi moved the kunai to his left arm in preparation. It reminded me of the Kakashi-Sensei I knew, my Sensei.

I just sighed and shunshinned behind them, striking the back of their necks and watching them fall to the ground.

I sighed again and prepared to leave, but Kurama quickly stopped me.

"Kit, you can't just leave them there. first of all you need to do something about your stupid sensei's eye, if you can, before infection sets in. Also, it's best to prevent Rin from getting a biju put into her, so you might want to put a seal on her."

I scratched the back of my neck sheepishly and decided to help them out a little bit. I quickly yanked them up and set Obito against a tree, before moving to Kakashi. I didn't really know what to do about his eye, so I decided to try and heal it. The only reason they hadn't been able to do it last time was because their healer had been incapacitated, right?

Ahh, wait. I wasn't a medic-nin either.

Fuck.

I pondered over what to do for a while before deciding to just bandage it up. Then I quickly moved on to Rin. I pulled her shirt up above her abdomen, and started drawing a protection seal on her stomach. It was mainly just used to stop powerful Jutsu from burning, decapitating, maiming or impaling someone, but if I inforced it with Kurama and the other bijus chakra, and then surrounded it with the kanji for repel it should do the job, unless someone had stronger chakra then the juubi, which is impossible unless you were a fucking rabbit goddess.

The seal faded into skin colored lines, and only if an extremely powerful seal master like myself were to specifically look for it, it was highly unlikely anyone would come across it.

I sighed as I fixed her clothes and set her against Obito and Kakashi, before grabbing the three-pronged kunai from Kakashi's pack and setting it to release in five minutes, when I would be far from here. After all, it was best if I headed straight towards the mountain graveyeard to take out Madara and the Jedo mazu so that I won't have to worry about Kaguya being reborn and a repeat of the future.

I jumped into the trees and headed towards Hidden Waterfall, where I would get an Inn and plan out my strategy, after all, I have a lot to do.
