"What? You're gonna hit me? Do it." Yui growled and offered her face to Dahyun, who had sat up and had her arm raised, waiting for her palm to hit Yui's cheek.

Dahyun was at her breaking point. She didn't usually display her anger towards people, let alone physically. But something snapped at the thought of Yui and Momo. Something... didn't sit right with her.

With her hand up in the air, Dahyun's eyes displayed anger, jealousy. Jealousy. She was jealous. Why? Suddenly, she clenched her hand into a fist and her expression darkened even more. She didn't notice the floating echoes in her head. She wiped everything clean, except for one thought. Momo.

"I said do it." Yui answered with a daring glare, enough to infuriate even the calmest and most gentle of people. Her signature bratty look. Slapping her would be worth it. Dahyun thought. She had her fish clenched so tight, her hand was clearly shaking. She closed her eyes and inhaled sharply.

No.

In a moment, Dahyun sighed and put down her arm in defeat. She looked up and opened her eyes.

"Coward." Yui snorted and rolled her eyes.

"I'm not like this." Dahyun said in a calm voice. Her eyes said something else, though. Her mind was contesting. Confused. She's never gone to the point of violence. But at that moment, she actually wanted to hurt someone. All because of her. Why was she suddenly acting this way?

"Like hell you are." Yui sighed and stood up from the side of the bed. With her hands cushioned on her waist, she stared at Dahyun. "You're just so naive, aren't you?"

Dahyun looked back at her with furrowed eyebrows. "What?" People have got to stop speaking to me in riddles, I swear. This didn't help lessen the clutter inside her worked up mind. It felt like there were a hundred stacks of unfinished paperwork inside there.

"Nothing." Yui shrugged and walked to the coffee table. There was a bag there, white and knitted. It had a cute bunny stitched onto the front. It looked like it belonged to a 10-year-old. "That's your bag?" Dahyun retorted. "What, it's cute, right?!" Yui beamed and giggled. The atmosphere heavily changed. What used to be a tense atmosphere became a bit lighter, thanks to Dahyun not hitting her.

"Why?"

"What do you mean, why?"

"Why did you want me to hit you?" Dahyun was all-in seriousness, but Yui looked at her with a puzzled look. "What do you expect? If you hit me, Momo would surely be mad at you." Yui explained while she packed trinkets scattered on the coffee table. "Is it nice?"

Yui, once again, looked puzzled. She didn't have her head turned to face Dahyun, but somewhat, she felt that Dahyun had this melancholic look in her eyes. As if that question tugged on her heartstrings a bit too much, threatening to break them. "I meant if it's nice having her as a girlfriend."

It was as if Yui heard something as nonsense as a pig flying over Mount Olympus. She couldn't believe how clueless Dahyun was to the entirety of Momo's feelings. "You're as clueless as a fucking crow." she whispered.

"Excuse me, what?" Dahyun tilted her head. She barely even heard Yui. Aside from the fact that Yui had her back on Dahyun, Yui only murmured. With a toothy grin, Yui finally faced Dahyun. "Nothing!~ I said I love her too much to have an opinion. I'm heading out. Mother might be worried, and it doesn't look good to be with a world-famous girl group inside a hotel." Yui just brushed the topic off, grabbing her bag and walking towards the door.

"Atleast say goodbye to Momo. She'll be upset. You love her, don't you?" By the mention of the word "love", Dahyun clutched the bedsheets. She despised saying it, mostly because she knew she felt it for someone she shouldn't have. After she heard Dahyun, Yui paused and looked down to the floor. Not as much as she loves you. "I'm sure I'll bump into her in the hallways."
