It's been an entire year since Alison DiLaurentis went missing and since then everything had changed. That night changed everyone. it was a mystery that everyone wanted to be solved. Nobody knew what happened or if Alison was still alive, of course they were rumours that she had been murdered which was understandable as after a year there was nothing else to suspect. Aurora, Aria, Hanna, Emily and Spencer grew more and more apart especially after Alison's disappearance.
Alison was the only reason the five girls became friends in the first place and without Alison they drifted apart as she was the glue to the the little group she created. Aria Montgomery and her family moved to Iceland after Alison went missing, her father got a job offer he couldn't refuse. Hanna became the new it girl along side Mona Vanderwaal, Spencer was focused on her studies being a teacher per and focusing on her grades while Emily kept herself busy with swimming.
Not long after Alison went missing Aurora found out she was pregnant of course she tried to contact Jason but every time she called him it went straight to voicemail and it wasn't like she could go to his house seeing as he and his family moved away a couple of weeks after Alison was declared missing losing hope that their daughter will never be found. Aurora was stood in Roswood mall, looking through the rack of clothing trying to find the perfect dress as she was going out with her mother for some food tonight.
Aurora rubbed her daughters back as she pulled out a red dress with a thoughtful look on her face, " that would look amazing on you" the brunette turned around only to see Spencer standing behind her with a kind smile on her lips causing Aurora to send her a smile in return, " it would wouldn't it? But this is a bit to much for a family dinner" Spencer chuckled in amusement as she looked down in awe at the sight of Hope who was in a baby wrap fast asleep in her mothers arm, " I think it would look better on you and not that blouse for your family dinner with Melissa and her new boy toy"
Aurora grabbed the Caramel spaghetti strap dress with a smile on her lips as Spencer frowned in confusion and asked, " how did you know about that?" Aurora shrugged her shoulders with her brows raised and told her, " Your mom told me when I saw her a little while ago before coming here" Spencer nodded her head but before she could say anything Hanna approached the two girls, " I cannot believe Spencer Hastings actually has time to shop. I mean, you're interning for the Mayor, taking classes at Hallos and redoing the barn. In your leisure moments, your Facebook and Twitter"
" You know me" Spencer chuckled making a sad smile appear on Aurora face as she tried to keep in contact with all the girls but it was hard without Alison and the fact that she was pregnant she didn't want to force a friendship that was no longer there anymore to add more stress onto her of course she still makes small talk with them when she sees them but they're not really friends anymore, " I like to stay busy" Hanna smiled brightly as she then turned her attention to Aurora, " and Rory, you've been busy with being a mother and also taking photography classes at Hollis. You both know it's called a summer vacay, right?"
