Y/n pov:
I was shocked when he just walked out. I was lowkey a little hurt but that just gave me one more reason to go out with Mariano.

*after school*

I walk to the parking lot and I see mattia kissing another girl. Dang it really be like that.

I was lowkey hurt until I hear Mariano behind me.

"I'll meet you at your house in a bit ok" he says kissing my cheek.

I blush and I get in the car.

"Are you trying to get me jealous?" Mattia asks laughing

"Mattia news flash the whole world doesn't revolve around you" I snap as I start to drive.

I arrive to his house

"Well good luck on your date" he says sarcastically

I roll my eyes and I drive away. What the hell is his problem first he tells me he doesn't like me then he acts like a dick to Mariano. What ever I wasn't gonna let this bother me.

I get to my house and I see Mariano is already waiting for me. I walk to his car and I smile. He opens the door for me and we go to eat.

"So do you wanna eat anything in particular?" He asks as he's driving.

"Ohh I've really been wanting tacos from a taco truck you down?" I ask

"DUH" he says with a huge smile.

"I know the perfect place" he says

I smile and we talk the whole way. I learned a few new things about him. He's a jock but he actually has personality and he's funny too.

"Wait so she just left?" I ask as we are eating our tacos

"Yep she just got up in the middle of dinner and left" he says taking a bite.

"Well I'm still here so that's good right?" I say teasing

"I would hope so"he says laughing

We were talking about past experiences dating. That was a very touchy subject for me so the fact that I opened up to him made me vulnerable. I was so used to talking these things with mattia or my guy friends but it felt nice to open up to someone else.

After we are done eating we head to an arcade and we spend about an hour there. I was having so much fun, probably the most fun I've had in a while.

I receive a call from edith.

"Uh hey I'm going to take this be right back" I say

"Just don't disappear" he teases I laughing and walk away

What on earth did you tell mattia?
What are you talking about?
He is at my house high as fuck and he kept telling me to help him with you
I didn't say anything, does he know your calling me?
No I called alejandro and he's on his way but he won't stop asking me to help him
Ugh look I'm on a date with Mariano and well I don't have time for his nonsense right now.
Oh ok well I just wanted you to know

This bitch really said use protection.

I walk back to Mariano and he looks at his phone and tells me that we should start heading to meet up with the group for our project.

We decided to meet at Alice's house. We arrive and we were only waiting for Derek, while we wait we start to do the basics of the project.

A while later he arrived and we were half way done.

"This is looking pretty good" I say to the group

They nod and we continue working.

I checked my phone and it was around 10:30 I was getting tired and so was everyone else. We decided to finish tomorrow after school in the library. Mariano took me home and he opens the car door so I can get off.

"Why thank you sir" I say in a British accent

"No need my lady" he says holding out his hand.

He walks me to my door step and he I open the door.

"Thanks for the amazing afternoon" I say smiling

"No, thank you for allowing me to take you out" he smiles

We stand there a little awkward, he goes in for a hug I go in for a hand shake then we switch until we end up hugging. He lets go and starts to leave until I pull him back and kiss him on the cheek. I then smile and run into my house.

I stand behind the door for a little and smile. I start to walk up to my room and I open the door and I see mattia on my bed.

"What are you doing here so late?" I ask

"I was waiting for you" he says

"And my parents let you in?" I ask curiously

"Well duh they love me" he says in a cocky voice

"Ok what do you want mattia?" I ask annoyed

"You" he says as he pins me on my door.
