Mattia pov:
"Alright mattia what's your problem" kairi asks me.

"What are you talking about?" I ask confused

"Your being a dick to y/n and Mariano" he says annoyed

"Look I just don't like that guy ok?" I say rolling my eyes

"Hmm maybe because your like crushing on y/n and you won't admit it" he says

"Not true, I just don't wanna see her get hurt like Marcos hurt her" I reply as I take a bite from my food.

Lunch comes to an end and we all walk to our classes.

As I was walking I see Mariano walking in my direction.

"Hey Can i talk to you please?" He tells me

"Why would I talk to you?" I reply

"Because it's about y/n" he says

"If your gonna tell me to stay away from her it's not gonna work" I start but he cuts me off

"What? No I would never ask you to do that" he starts

"Look your like really important to her and well I just want us to get along for her sake I just want her to be happy and your her best friend" he continues

I was shocked at his comment. I was getting very jealous of this dude. He thinks he can trick me with his little Im a good guy act then he is wrong.

I know his type they use girls for his own benefit. But hey if I pretend to be nice then maybe I'll find out the real deal with this dude.

"Fine but I'm only doing this because I care for her" I say shaking his hand.

He smiles and walks away.

*after school*

As I walk out the school I hear running behind me I quickly turn around to see it's y/n running toward me. She hugs me tight and says thank you.

"For what?" I ask confused

"For being cool with mar?" She says

"Oh that, yea we'll if it makes you happy then it's whatever" I say

If mar breaks her I will break his face. I have to keep the act now. Ugh. Just stay cool and relax.

Y/n pov:
I was extremely happy that mattia and mar put their differences aside so that I could be happy.

"Baby Imma head to practice I'll call you later" mar says as I let go of mattia

"Ok bye babe" i say kissing him on the cheek as he leaves.

"Do you want a ride mattia?" I ask

"Yea for sure" he reply's walking next to me.

"So why the sudden change of heart?" I ask him

"Well he came to be and proposed that we tolerate each other for your sake and I want you to be happy so here I am" he says

"You know Mariano said something pretty funny" I comment

"What was it?" He ask curiously

"He said that you liked me" I say semi laughing

"Me??" He starts

"Y/n I see you as a sister" he says

I have no idea why that hurt me as much as it did.

"Yea i thought so that's why I told him it was funny" I say fake laughing

I finally arrive to his house and he gets out of the car and starts to walking he turns and waves before walking in and then I drive away.

I arrive at my house and I walk in and I start walking to my room until I hear someone clearing their throat.

I turn to see who it is and to my surprise it's my cousin.

"Ayiana!!!" I say running toward her
(I decided to put ayiana in the story but that doesn't mean I have something against her in fact I love her she's like so pretty and just like all the characters that are based on real people in the story)

"What's up hoe" she says while I hug her

"What are you doing here?" I ask excited

"Oh didnt your mom tell you?" She says as I look at her confused

"Tell me what?" I ask her

"Well my mom has some business to take care of for about 6 months and my dad is almost never home because of his long hauls so my mom decided I stay here while she's out of town" she explains

"Omg this is amazing so are you gonna go to school too?" I ask

"Ugh sadly" she says smiling

"Omg so are you gonna sleep in my room?" I ask

"That is the plan" she says as we start walking up to my room
