I sit in my chair behind my desk as I massage my temples. I glance down at my beautiful mate and smilied when I saw her cooing at our pups who were lying on the floor in front of her.  We had been in here for almost an hour; all of us; me and Kelsie, Katie and Dustin, mom and dad, Maggie and Jake, and of course Kelsie and Katie’s brothers and their mates.

<Jessie, can you can Tyson please come into my office. We need to have a little chat. Can you also send Miss. Betty and your mates in to get our pups>

<Yes alpha, I will send the girls in first; Tyson and I are on patrol so it will take us about 10minutes to get there>

<No problem> I said as I cut my link off with Jessie and opened my mind to my two leaders of the guards <Tommy and Timmy can you two please come into my office.>

<Sure thing mr boss man alpha, we’ll be there before you can blink your eyes, that’s what we do as thirds.> Timmy replied with his usual humor.

<That’s fine> I replied as I cut off my link with him and opened my mind to my brother and father <Jessie and Tyson are coming in, I figured that our lead warrior wolves she be apprised of this situation considering theyre are seconds as well, also I have Miss Betty coming to get the pups and Tommy and Timmy coming to guard them.>

<Good idea son> my dad said as Dustin just nodded, staring at his mate as she blows raspberries on little Desiree’s stomach.

All of a sudden there was a gentle knock on the office door and the smell of baby powder, moth balls and earth floated to my nose; Miss Betty. I smiled and stood as I gave permission for her to enter.

“Good morning alphas, lunas” Miss Betty said as she bowed her head slightly. I could see both Leslie and Julie behind her, no doubt curious to see the alpha pups as none of our kids have been introduced to the pack yet. I could see her eyes sparkle with excitement as she saw all six pups on the floor. “What can I do for you today?”

“I need you three ladies to keep an eye on our pups.” I said as both Kelsie and Katie’s heads shot up to stare wide eyed at me “Relax my love, Tommy and Timmy are coming as well.” I added as I kissed the side of her head.

“We would be honored to watch the pups alphas” Leslie replied as she bowed her head slightly and squatted down on the floor to coo at the kids.

“Never fear the guards are here” I heard from the open doorway as Tommy and Timmy walked in.

“Yea yea, calm your damn selves down. I don’t need your idiocy rubbing off on my pups.” Dustin said as he smiled and threw a pillow at their heads.

“I’m hurt my dear alpha, that you think so lowly of me” Timmy said with mock hurt as he threw his hand over his heart dramatically “I wouldn’t dare try rubbing off on the pups until they were at least a year.”
