Simon POV
[ The Kurain Village was uproarious and alive. The bazaar was packed and crowded and the tall man known as Simon Blackquill was searching for watermelons to cut up with his samurai sword and eat with his new roommate. As for the the young prince who had quite recently fled from his royal residence, is remaining in the home of the twisted samurai Simon Blackquill. Nahyuta has been stuck at home tidying up. Nahyuta patiently anticipated for the samurai's appearance. ]
I strolled around the bazaar for what appeared to be an hour simply scanning for watermelons. I obviously wouldn't like to leave empty handed so I got a couple of vegetables, fruits, spices, and rice.
I was low on food and since I have a new roommate who most likely isn't used to the modest food of this nation I figured I should get him a five star meal.
I may not look it, however I have some truly great cooking abilities that I will flaunt. I glance over to a shop in the back and discover a crate brimming with watermelons. Finally, my legs were killing me! The lady working there had hair that whirled upward. She was wearing a dark cloak and a spirit medium outfit underneath it. She appeared to be Misty-dono.
Misty acted as support me after Metis had died. She would consistently come over with watermelons and we would cut them up and eat them by the lake.
"Hap'piraki Misty-dono, do you have any fresh watermelons?" Misty got near the counter and bowed, "Hap'piraki, dear Simon, I just got new watermelons this morning." she motions over to the crates and I snatch one.
"Simon, I will discount them today because the Holy Mother had blessed me early today." I bowed my head thankfully. I place my bag of coins on the counter and conveyed the heavy watermelon.
I was unable to carry this to the house so I asked a man to let me ride in his carriage.

I showed up at the home, or what I thought was the home. The place looked totally different. The stripping of the paint was mysteriously repainted and the sign hanging above the entryway was replaced.
Is this even my house? I walk over to the wooden door and open it. For the first time in the years I have been living here, the door didn't creak. I open it and peer inside. The sofa was replaced, the bookshelves were dusted and refurnished, there was an ethnic mat lying across the floor. I could finally see the room, there was new lights and curtains. Where was the Braid Head brat anyway? Did he do all of this while was out?
I checked around the house, but no luck. I guess he may of fallen asleep so I proceed to check the bedroom. I poke my head inside and find the Sad Monk passed out the floor. He was curled up and clutching his right hand firmly which enticed me. What was he hiding? He looked sort of lovely in the position. I got a good look at his curvature while in that state. What am I saying? This brat isn't beautiful, he is only some idiotic prince. I kneel down to check what was on the Braid Heads hand.
I move his hand delicately and it uncovers a dark tattoo of the revolutionary group, the Defiant Dragons. He always had the glove on his hand covering it that I never saw his permanently inked marking. He was a noblemen with a rebels marking. He wasn't lying about Dhurke and the Defiant Dragons.
I gaze at the brats face and I realize I had never seen his certain features. He had flawlessly long lashes, alongside his delicate light lavender hair that dispersed over the floor. His hair was undone and it was a wavy pool of lilacs.
I don't want him to catch a cold by laying down on the hard ground so I pick up his holiness bridal style and carry him over to the new sofa. His hair sweeped over the ground as I carried him into the living room.
Unfortunately for me the monk woke up. He fluttered his eyelashes at me and was in a daze for a second till he began flushing red and wriggling around.
"Unhand me you wretched commoner!" He shouted at me. I stroll over to the sofa and plop him down.
"Well excuse me your Majesty, you happened to have passed out on the floor." He folded his arms and pouted at me.
I decided to disregard his bratty demeanor and went into the kitchen.
I took out my ingredients that I purchased at the bazaar and started cooking. I steamed the vegetables, cooked the rice, and included the spices into the mix. The Cerberus monk came into the kitchen sulking. I assume he was hungry because he looked thin and malnourished. I look at the whelp as he is slumping and making obnoxious sighing. I quit cutting the vegetables and put the blade down on the cutting board.
"Would you like to assist me with getting dinner prepared Sad Monk?" His frown turned into a big grin.
He clapped his hands cheerfully and patiently sat tight for instructions. I just finished getting dinner ready, yet I wanted to take him out to cut watermelons.
"Hey Sad Monk, get dressed. We are going out." He becomes flushed, "G-going out..?" He mumbles and rushes off to the restroom to shower.
