Chapter 28

Punk's POV
"Just come out, I wanna talk to someone who- who's face I can see." I said.

"If you say so." They said, then they emerged from their shadow, and it was none other then Brie Bella.

"Wow, you heard everything, huh?" I asked.

"I did." She said.

"Well, tell me how to fix it, please." I pleaded.

"Well, I know AJ more than you think and she- well she doesn't take betrayal so easily." She said.

"But I didn't betray her!" I said.

"I know, but after she wanted to make things better, you just called her 'some girl' I don't think she'll take that very lightly." She said.

"But- I don't get it, why would she care about that?!" I asked.

"Because she actually has feelings for you." She said.

"Oh, wow. I see what this is actually about, you still think that those rumors are true, huh? Well I had enough of it." I said, about to walk off, but her hand stopped me.

"Just trust me, this is just unnecessary drama to your relationship with her." She said.

And then I thought about it.

Would it really be worth losing AJ as a friend just because of some match and rumors?

"Okay, talk." I said. deciding that AJ will always be more important.

"You won't regret it." She said.

AJ'S POV
I ran as fast as I could, not really having a destination in my mind, I just wanted to get as far away from him as I possibly can. Sadness was the only thing I could feel and I didn't know why.

I ran and turned the corner, that's when I bumped into someone, I almost fell to the ground but they caught me.

I didn't bother to look up to see who it was.

"AJ?" They said, concern evident in their voice.

I looked up to see who it was. And I saw someone I wasn't expecting.
