Chapter 4 - First Date

Arya P. O. V.

Babe: Hey, r u free tomorrow night?
You: Yea babe, whatcha wanna do?
Babe: Well there's this new place that opened yesterday in Coast City, wanna check it out?
You: Yea, sure meet ya there for dinner?
Babe: Sounds like a plan 💕

I closed the text on my holo glove computer (yea like what Robin has in young justice), I put on my helmet (It's kinda like TT Robin's helmet but all black, even the glas is darkened), and jumped down, landing perfectly on the moving bike. "Nightbike, engage navigations. Destination, Batcave entrance 2."I said, as my helmet conected to the bike's autopilot and navigation system. Technically I knew the way to that batcave enterance, but I'm just way to lazy to think about it. "Route Determined. Destination: Batcave enterance 2." I heard the robotic female voice say. A map, much like the one you see on Google maps when it's teling you how to get somewhere, appeared on the screen inside of my helmet. It was semi translusent though, wouldn't want it to block my view.

A few minutes later I arrived near the enterance of the cave. This one was the one with a waterfall that led into a short tunnel to the Batcave. I drove straight at it and he waterfall splitted in half, letting me in.

When I got inside, I jumped of the bike as it self stabilizes itself and parked on one of the platforms. "Hey, Babs. Is Bruce still out?" I asked Barbara. "Hey Arya, yea, he's still out there." She answered taking a glance at me. "Someone wants to meet you by the way." she told me while still typing on the computer. "Really? I'll check it out." I answered.

I then got inside the elevator and waited fo it to arrive in the grandfather clock. When I came out, I walked for a little and arrived in front of my room. "Dicky-bird?" i ask, seeing my nephew, Dick Grayson there. "Arya, I-" before he could say anything else, i ran and hugged him. "I miss you so much." I say while still hugging him. "I miss you too." he answered. "How long are you gonna be here?" I asked him, breaking the hug. "A few days, then I need to go back to the BPD." he says. "Well, everything in your room is where you left it." I say. "I'm gonna sleep now, goodnight." he said. "Goodnight." I answered. After he left, I immediately changed, took a bath, and went to sleep.

/Timeskip to the afternoon/

I am now staring at my closet trying to choose what to wear. I looked up the place we were going to and it wasn't really fancy, but it was still pretty nice. I need sunglasses that's for sure, to hide my identity. Don't want paparazzi spoiling the night. I'm going in the Batjet (cuz Coast city and Gotham are far from each other) and landing in the nearest forest so that no one sees it.

/10 minutes of staring at everything in the closet later/

Okay, so I finally found something to wear. I'm wearing a medium height black skirt with knee high boots and a white top and a black jacket. (Not sure that looks good, I've never worn anything like that but if u think it doesn't, change it to something else)

I then started to put a few things in my black leather sling bag. I rechecked to see if my phone, airpods, wallet, tissues, and foldable knife / multi-tool (like that smoll keychain thing with the knife, scissors, etc). After that I rushed to the Batcave and got into the BatJet. "Batjet, engage autopilot and navigation, destination, Coast city." I spoke to the navigation system in the jet. "Destination locked." The Nav system says, as the Batjet lifted of the ground and went out one of the exits.

/Timeskip, again, I know, I just don't know what else to write/

Soon enough we landed in a forest near -if not in- Coast city. I then got out of the Batjet and took out my phone to check where the café was. Apparently it wasn't to far from here.

A short walk later, I arrived at the front of the café and that's when I saw Hal inside. I entered the café and walked up to the table. I kissed him in the cheek and he blushed a little. "Hey you." I say as I sat across him. "W-wow Arya you look great." He complimented me. "Thank you." I twirled my loose hair.

Soon, we ordered our food and just dat there in akward silence. "So...." I started but then drifted off. "This is so akward." Hal said in a whiney voice, and I just laughed. "Why is this so hard?" I managed to say between laughs. "Oh well, so... How did you get here?" Hal asked. I leaned closer and whispered, "Batjet." "Well that's reasonable, and he let you use it?" Hal asked. Well... I wouldn't say 'let', more like 'he doesn't have a choice.' Alfred supports our relationship so he threatened Bruce that if he doesn't let me see you, he would take away his dessert privileges for a month." I say smiling at the memory of it all happening. "And besides, I helped him build that jet."

/Timeskip because I don't know how a date is like because I've never had one, I'm too young/

Dinner was... well.... It's hard to describe... But I guess you can say it went well.

Anyways, I'm going to the bathroom to take a shower and do my night routine I'm skipping patrol tonight so I can finally sleep for longer than 5 hours.

Hey guys, I'm really sorry I haven't updated in over a month, I've just been busy with a lot of stuff and I haven't really found the inspiration for this chapter. I'm really sorry for the crappy chapter, please stick with me, the coming chapters will be better I promise.
