To witness you growing up
Is one of the things I love to see
To witness you getting further
Brings pain all over me
I wish I could turn back time
To go back to those days
Where we were just..
A pair of innocent humans
Our young days have ceased
Replaced by a solid distance
I know who to blame
Time is the culprit after all
If only I was brave enough
To spit out the emotions
That I always feel
When I'm around you
Seasons came and gone
The thing I wanted to say
Yesterday..Today..And forever on
Will always remain the same
"Thank you for being there"
