Rainbows POV

I was sitting on the couch with a blanket around me, I scrolled through the TV.

I had been sick and soarin went to work.

I had been making something and had fallen asleep, I had just woken up, I suddenly started coughing.

I smelled something burning?

I saw fire!

I accidentally rolled off the couch. I winced as I coughed.

I felt weak, and just wanted to sleep, but I couldn't, I had to get out.

I started crawling across the ground towards the door, I was coughing so much. I collapsed not being able to go on. I heard door go down as I continued to cough. I saw someone come over to me. I got picked up and my head held into their yellow jacket.

I soon was outside still coughing. I was layed on a wheel bed. I curled up and chills started. I was still coughing and sneezing every once and a while.

I had paramedics working on my burns, cuts, and bruises.

I was soon brought to the hospital and treated for that stuff, I had a IV with medicine in my arm.

I was curled up under the blanket, I was freezing! I had a bit of a headache but I just wanted to go home. Rugrats was on the TV

The door opened, I looked at the door, I saw soarin!

He had a bag with him? He came over.

"Hi baby" He said, "I'm glad you're ok," He started stroking my hair, "the fire wasn't big, you did nothing wrong"

I reached for him to hug me.

He hugged me, "it's ok" He whispered

When he pulled away he grabbed something out of the bag.

"Here, I know you were going to be cold," He said and put a sweatshirt on the bed. It was one of his. I looked at him and smiled.

The door opened again, I looked over again and saw a nurse, she came over to me, "hi sweetie, I was just here to say you're gonna be here for a few days ok, you're boyfriend is allowed to stay with you, I also want to take your IV so you can sleep better ok"

I nodded.

She took the IV and said to soarin, "she hasn't said anything to us at all,she might talk to you"

He nodded, "I'll try to get her to talk"

She stood up and left.

He helped me sit up and get his sweatshirt on, I pulled it on myself.

He wiped some ash off my face, "why won't you talk?" He asked

I shrugged and curled up

"Are you scared to talk" He asked

I nodded, tears started going down my face

"Don't cry baby, just talk to me" He said

I went to talk then didn't.

"It's ok" He said, "your ok"

I couldn't keep quiet anymore, "soar, I was so scared! I couldn't get to the door and I was almost burned alive! I wanted you, when the fireman came I was terrified to the core, I missed you" I started sobbing

"I'm here now, I won't leave you" He hugged me

I hugged back still sobbing.

When I finally calmed down I was tired from crying.

He helped me lay down, "go to sleep dashie, I'm right here, I won't leave you"

I reached for him to lay with me.

He chuckled and layed down next to me.

I cuddled into his chest, I sneezed and went back to cuddling.

He chuckled, "you want me to turn off the lights"

I nodded

He got up and turned the Lights and then turned tEra s We rehe TV off. He came back to me and kissed my forehead, he climbed back in. I immediately cuddled into his chest.

I soon finally fell asleep.

When I finally was allowed to go home...well we we're staying with his mom.

I had been on sleep medicine cause I wouldn't sleep. I was exhausted so soarin was carrying me. I was almost asleep in his arms.

When we got into bed I passed out.

I was just happy to be better.
