Rainbow's POV

I walked into the office as my partner and boyfriend came in, I'm a cop you see, I solve crimes.

"hi rainbow" He said and kissed my cheek

"Hi soar" I said with a giggle

"We got a case to solve" He said

"What kind" I asked

"A murder case" He said

"I hope it was poison, I hate seeing the blood," I said

"Maybe you shouldn't have become a detective" He said

"You wouldn't let me on the SWAT team" I said

"I don't want you to get hurt" He said

"Let's just go soar" I said

We went to get the file then to our desks.

"Aw man! Guy killed with a knife and a needle stuck in his neck! Seriously why do we have to do this" I complained,

I hate blood, needles, and knives, they're all weird and icky.

"Because it's our job" He said, "plus I love doing this"

"At least I make you touch the blood"I said

"Ya you'll pass out if you touch it" He said "or if you look at it too long"

"Exactly!" I leaned back in my chair in frustration.

"C'mon let's go to the scene of the crime" He said

"Alright fine" I said

We grabbed our stuff and went to our cop car,

I still had my coffee, it was 8 AM, the crime was committed 3 hours ago, who's committing murder at 5 in the morning!

When we arrived I immediately saw a knife in the room door, it was in a motel.

I sighed, this is going to be a long day.

We went up to the room, and I immediately saw the body. A man with pure white skin like rarity and black hair, he had a knife where his heart was and a needle in his neck.

I immediately went back outside cause you could see the blood on him.

Soarin took my hand, "c'mon rainbow"

We went back in I felt like puking, I really wanted to be on the SWAT team.

I looked around the room look for clues.

As I looked I got pulled back towards the dead guy.

"Soarin, I don't wanna look at him" I said

"Too bad" He said and kissed my cheek"

When the dead guy was taken, I was about to pass out.

When I turned around from talking to a witness soarin came over and showed me his hands, he had gloves on, they were covered in blood.

"Soarin, take those off, I'm going to puke" I said

He laughed, and took the gloves the blood inside.

He tried to hand it to me,

"No, Soarin stop" I said feeling nauseous

He laughed and threw it away.

I still felt really nauseous.

When we finally went home I collapsed on the bed. I couldn't help but feel nauseous, soarin had cut himself and had me help him clean up the blood.

Soarin came in, I live with him.

"What's wrong Baby" He asked rubbing my back.

I shrugged

"C'mere" He picked me up and sat me on his lap, "what's wrong"

"You kept putting blood near me and now I feel sick" I said

"I'm sorry baby," He said, "I didn't know it actually made you sick"

I nodded, as started to fall asleep, he put me down and turned off the lights, he layed down next to me and pulled the blanket up, I nuzzled into his chest as I fell asleep.

I hope that I won't have to deal with any blood tomorrow
