A walk in the park

I was now back home laying in bed but I couldn't get to sleep. My face was glowing red, and not because of the red LED lights that were on in my room.

It was because Lauren said I love you.

I took my pillow and put it over my face thinking back to the moment.

"I love you"

Oh my goshhhh I could not handle it.

All things aside I loved her too.

I fell asleep picturing her beautiful green eyes.

I woke up to my phone ringing

I groaned and grabbed my phone answering it, still half asleep not bothering to look at the caller ID

"Ughhhh who is this? I was sleeping, call me back later"

"Wait don't hang up" I heard Lauren say

My eyes shot open immediately at the sound of her voice

"Babe? What's up? It's a little early to be calling me" I said looking at my clock, seeing it was 6am

"I know but I missed you too much and I know it's risky but I wanted to see you today too, just for a little bit."

"Wow it's only been a couple of hours and you already miss me? I'm flattered babe" I said smiling.

"I do, and I'm outside your house right now so get ready quick and come down, let's go for a walk" She said.

I looked outside my bedroom window and sure enough, I saw her car out there.

"oh damn ok I'll be down soon" I said quickly rushing to the bathroom to brush.

"Your morning voice sounds hot as fuck by the way" She said and with that she hung up.

I swear I could hear her smirk through the phone

I rolled my eyes and started to get ready.

I scribbled a quick note to my parents, telling them I woke up early couldn't go back to sleep, and was going for a morning walk. I told them I'd be home soon and I loved them.

I walked out the front door, shutting it behind me.

I ran up to Lauren's car and got inside quickly closing the door behind me.

"Hey mama" She said kissing my lips softly, then driving off.

"Hi, so where are we going?" I said smiling.

"I thought we'd go to the park. Nobody except runners are there this early so we don't really have to worry about being seen" She said looking at the road and driving.

"Wait we can't go, I have a friend that runs in the park every weekend!" I said nervously.

"Hey hey its ok we can go somewhere else!" Lauren said, but I could see she was upset.

"Ha ha got you! I'm just joking" I laughed at her

"Oh you little brat, you'll pay for that" Lauren said playfully as I kept laughing.

"Haha you should have seen to look ok your face!" I said coming down from my laughing high.

"Yeah yeah shut up, we're here" She said rolling her eyes and stopping the car.

"Great!" I said happily getting out of the car and closing the door after me.

I stretched and yawned
