Part 3:Auditions

When i opened the door , my mouth dropped.

The room was empty! It had 2 beds with no decorations . Either i didn't have a roommate yet or they just don't have style. So i waited for 10 minutes before i unpacked everything.

10 minutes go by and i picked the right side of the dorm and started unpacking. I filled up my closest with my clothes , filled one wall of purple aesthetic pictures , put LED lights on my bed frame , set up my desk , hung some fake vines on my wall , set up a fan , made my bed , set up my hamper , and finally set up my little shelve. I put some important things on there. I put a picture of my family , some snacks , and some laundry detergent. Once i finished my door opened. I looked at the door and in came a girl. She was blonde. She was really pretty and super nice.

"Hi , i'm Madeline , My friends call me Maddy. " She says smiling while her parents come in right behind her carrying a bunch of boxes. "Uh hey i'm Emily. " I say while smiling. "Need some help?" I kindly ask. "Um no it's okay. " She says while drinking some water. "oh okay , well i'm gunna head down to the activity fair. I'll see you in a bit Madeline. " I tell her while picking up my phone and keys and start walking towards the door.

When i get to the activity fair i search for the Bellas booth but i couldn't find it. My mom told me auditions were the day after the first day of school. Something then spotted my eye. I saw the trebles handing out flyers for there auditions. I go up to Jesse. "Hey jesse , where are the bellas?" I ask Jesse. "Oh emily , didn't you hear? They can't halve auditions this year due to the incident with the president. " He says while laughing. "Oh.." I say while walking away. I had two options. 1.Walk away from the Bellas and join a different acapella group.
2.Go to the Bellas sorority house and audition for them there.
I was about to go with option one until i heard the other groups performing trying to recruit new people. I turned around awkwardly and started walking toward the Bellas house.

I knock on the door being the awkward person i am. Fat Amy opens the door and greets me with " Sorry my boobs are all crazy i was just jumping. " She says while fixing her boobs. "Hi i just came from the activity fair and y'all weren't there , i was hopping to sing for y'all." I say awkwardly. "Sorry , were not aloud to take anyone new." She says while frowing and then closing the door. I stop her halfway. "Wait i'm a Junk!!" I yell. " What did you say about your junk?" CR asks me motioning me to come inside.

I go into the living room and see all the bellas sitting there. CR following right behind me. " I'm a junk. I know it's weird , it's my moms last name , my dads last name is Hardon. I'm a legacy. My mom was a bella. " I say. "No way! Your mom is Katherine Junk!!" Chloe says. " Who?" Stacey asks. "Only the top bitch of the 1980's. She pioneered the body shake." Chloe says excitedly. I just nod. " You don't wanna hear her doing it with my dad." I say. "What an odd thing to say. " Fat Amy says while looking at me weird. " True , if a legacy wants to audition we have to let her. " Chloe says while sitting down.

"Right here ? Right here right now ? Yeah okay , so i want to perform an original song that i've been working on. I'm not quite finished with it yet , so let's not be dicks about it. Sorry that was crazy wasn't it. Fat Amy you have a lovely vagina." I say while pouting to her. "Thank you , proceed. " She motions for me to start. I start singing flashlight.

When tomorrow comes , i'll be on my own. feeling frightened of, the things that i don't know.

When tomorrow comes , tomorrow comes , when to tomorrow comes. When the road is long i look into the sky , darkness all around.

I start pretend like i'm playing the drums and a guitar.

"You are my flashlightttt." I finished with a smile on my face. "Give us one moment." Chloe says with a straight face. They turn around and start talking about me.

I start freaking out while they talk about me. "We're talking about her but yet she's standing right here." Amy says loud enough to where i can hear it. "but if we're gunna talk badly about her let's talk about her giraffe legs. " She says trying to whisper but i hear her clearly.

People have made fun of my legs before. It's what makes me taller than average. It never really bothered me but i hated it when people pointed them out. Okay so maybe it did bother me.

I looked down at my legs and started playing with my fingers.

They sang a note and all stood up. It caught me by surprise. I snapped out of my day dream and looked down at my feet while they all stood around me. "I like your shirt.." I say shyly to CR. "WELCOME TO THE BELLAS !!" Chloe says excitedly. "OH EM ACA GEE !!" I say yelling while doing a little dance that CR stops me from doing. " Okay , i'll go back to my dorm room while y'all put a bag over my head and i'll act surprised while y'all make me suck liquor out of a maxi pad. That's what my mom said happened." I say. "Yeah no can do." Chloe says while taking a drink from her yellow cup. "Take a look around , does it look like look we have a maxi pad to spare. " Fat Amy says while looking around. " Instead We have a party to get too! And we have a brand new Bella !!" Amy says while giving me a hug.

Everyone runs out of the house screaming. "I'll just uh.. leave that there." i say while looking at my bag. I follow the other girls to Aca-initiation night. And woah did that night take a turn.
