Chapter 9

"Bella!" you heard Thor's voice outside, Bucky went to the door and open it for him. "There you are." Thor said he walk to you and hug you tight before kissing the top of your head. "Did you hurt?" Thor pulled away and check you. "I'm okay Thor." You quickly say so he'll stop. "ahem." Bucky clear his throat so Thor remember that you two are not alone. "Ahhh Bucky thank you for keeping her safe." Thor now gave him bone crushing hug, Buck smile awkwardly. "How did you get here, Heimdall are not on his duty at this hour." Thor asked, he literally had no any idea how you get here. You explain to him from the start till the end.

"How odd..you indeed a mystery, I don't have any idea how much hidden power you have Bella." Thor shaking his head still trying to process everything, even himself still use the bifrost to travel to another realm. "I don't know either Thor.." honestly you were scared of yourself. "Now can you try do the trick?" Thor asked. "I'll try, let's do it outside I don't want to accidentally damaging Bucky's home."

"Right." Bucky said and ushers you and Thor outside. He watched you in a safe distant just in case something happen. You hold both of Thor's hand, then you close your eyes try to focus. Then you imagined that you and Thor in Asgard now. You feel the ground a little bit different, it's cold. You open your eyes and look around, you and Thor are in Asgard now. "Thor open your eyes. I did it!" you squeak in excitement, Thor immediately open his eyes. "You did it Bella! You did it!" He boomed, he hug you tight, before releasing you after. "Thor, don't tell to your father and mother about this. Promise?" You said to him. "Promise."

Bucky POV

I keep my distance from her and Thor, I saw Bella hold Thor's hand then she closed her eyes she looks like she try to focus. Then In split seconds, they're both gone leaving me here standing outside alone. My heart sink, I waited for her to come back for so long and now she's gone back to her home without saying goodbye. I really do hope I can see her again in future, I wonder what are her relation to Thor. Are Thor her brother? I don't think so, maybe Thor is her cousin or something. I went back  inside and went straight to my room, and gosh I literally forgot about her scarf.

Normal POV

When you arrive at your chambers, you saw Loki were sitting on your bed he's looking to the window gazing to the moon. "Loki?" He snap back into reality, he turn to look at you and quickly walk towards you before giving you a hug. "Where have you been? I can't sense you, I came to your chambers and you're not here." He buried his face on your shoulders, you rub his back comforting him. "I'm okay, I am here now." You whisper to his ear. He then pulled away "You're not answering my question Bella.I am worried sick of you!" His looks mad but then he realized he raised his voice to you, his face soften. "I'm sorry I didn't mean to snapped at you." He massaging his forehead, he seems tired and frustrated. You lead Loki to sit on your bed, then you tell him the truth, what happened to you and how you get back to Asgard and stuff.

The next day you spent most of your time in library, you try to find more answer about who you really are. Loki was there with you, he reads a lot hoping that he will find more clues to the missing puzzle but still there's no answer. "I think you should ask Odin himself." Said Loki while still flipping the pages of the thick book. "I think I should." Then suddenly you heard Thor's voice and multiple footstep running on the corridor. "Let's have a look." Loki said then he teleport you both to the corridor. "What happen?" You ask to one of the physicians that been running on the corridor. "Lady Jane, she's ill." You quickly make your way to the healer room, there she is Jane laying on the examination table. The physicians were busy trying to figure out the sickness, you saw Thor were busy talking to another physicians.

Then Odin enters the room as Thor looks on to Jane as she is being examined. "My words are mere noises to you that you ignore them completely?" Odin said and look at Thor. "She's ill." Thor reply shortly. "She is mortal. Illness is their defining trait." You look at Odin, you sense that Odin not very fond of Jane, you noticed it when Thor invited Jane to attend the Asgardian ball. "I brought her here because we can help her." Thor talk back to Odin. " She does not belong here in Asgard any more than a goat belongs at a banquet table." Odin mock Jane.

Jane sits up and look at Thor, Thor shake his head meaning that don't talk back to Odin. "Something is within her, father, something I have not seen before." Thor protest, demanding that Jane deserve to be treated here. "Her world has its healers, their called doctors, let them deal with it. Guards, take her back to Midgard." As two guards approach Jane and go to grab her, suddenly the energy force within her sets off again throwing the two guards aside. "Don't touch her." Said Thor, he leans down and tenderly touches Jane. "Jane, are you alright?" Jane nods her head, Odin inspects the energy force running through Jane's body and realizes it's the Aether. "That's impossible" Odin said then step closer to examine Jane by himself. "The infection, it's defending her." Said the physicians. "No it's defending itself." Thor commented.

"Let me help Jane..I can try to pull it out from Jane's body using my power." You step forward confidently. "Bella don't." Loki softly touches your hand. "You don't understand Bella, this is a powerful force you try to meddling with." Odin step forwards warning you. "Please...let me help." You give a weak smile before stepping closer to Jane. "Please be careful bella." Loki talk using his mind. "Don't worry." You said back in your mind.

"I need you to relax" you said to Jane, you put both of your hands on her cheeks. You remain calm and channeled your power to Jane, as soon as you did that the red aura that moves like a liquid slowly coming out from Jane's body. Then the aether slowly get's inside your body, with that you feel sudden pain in your head. You were screaming in pain, the mirror on the physicians room are cracked. You see Thor trying to pull you "Don't! I can do this." You warn Thor, Loki and the rest saw your eyes from hazel turn to pitch black. You try to hold until the aether are all inside you, as soon as it's inside you. You let go off Jane, your vision start to went blurry and you passed out. Loki were fast enough to hold you from falling to the ground.
