Song: Three Perfect Days By Before You Exit
Y/n/n: Your Nickname
The first day is always the best
It could be love or a beautiful mess
But you just don't know
So you gotta go
Along for the ride (along for the ride)

Day two, she's so into you
And the first kiss feels
Like it's something true
And you know it's real,
Everything you feel so deep inside.

Day three comes,
You tell everyone
How much she means to you
A picture perfect night,
Everything goes right
Until she says, "We're through."

I was the one for a minute, two for a second,
Three days later you told me to forget it
Three perfect days, they were three perfect days

My whole world came crashing down. He was my whole world, at least for three days. He cheated on me. I couldn't believe it I thought he loved me. I felt like a complete fool. I remember the first day I met him...
-Flashback to four days ago-
I bumped into someone and spilled my hot coffee on them. "Oh my god I'm so so sorry." "No it's alright." The man said and smiled. "I'll get some napkins for you." I ran to get a bunch of napkins and brought them to him. "Would you like to go on a date sometime? Maybe tomorrow night?" "Yeah sure. I'm not busy so yes." "Ok. I'll pick you up at 7." "Ok. see you then!"
-Flashback over-
I thought he was a nice guy, not some player type of guy. I remember the voicemail he left me that morning...
(Y/n), I'm sorry to do this to you but I'm breaking up with you. I need to focus more on my career. I'm really sorry. Bye.
Yeah, really sorry. I don't think so. I saw him at the mall locking hands with some blonde chick. Oh boy did that hurt. But I had to stay strong and pretend I wasn't falling apart or hurting. We made eye contact and all he did was flash me a sympathetic smile. I just smiled back but not a sympathetic one, more of a sarcastic and slightly mean one. I would love to get back at him somehow but that's not the right thing to do. I can't believe I let myself have feelings for that jerk.
Today is the day I finally decided to go out with my friends as leave the house. We walked into the local bar and I noticed someone very familiar sitting at the bar. They had their head on the bar counter with a beer in their hand. I thought, what could they be doing here? Wouldn't they be busy at this time of the night? They lifted their head up off the counter and I immediately wanted to leave. Why would this jerk be here of all of the places in Toronto? I nudged Olivia, my best friend, and said, "I think we should leave." "Don't be silly we just got here." She stated. Before I could turn around, he looked at me. "Hi, y/n. I didn't know you were gonna be here." "Hi, Connor." "How have you been?" "I've been alright. How bout you?" I really don't want to talk to the guy who hurt me and acted like it was nothing. "No so good. The team isn't doing well and I've been down and lonely." There was a short silence. "Listen, y/n, I know what I did was wrong and I feel great remorse for what I did to you. It hurts me to even think of what I did to you. I know I definitely do not deserve it but will you please take me back?" "I'll think about it." "Ok. Call me when you've made up your mind. I don't mean to rush you or anything."
I dialed his number and he immediately picked up. "Hello?" His voice was cracking and it sounded like he had been crying a lot.
Connor's POV
Finally after all this waiting, she called. I had been crying every night since I saw her in the bar, which was 2 weeks ago. I cried the most I've ever cried last night though because I thought she would never call or purposely forgot. "Hi Connor." Her voice was so comforting, probably even more since I had been hurting and needed someone to comfort me. "Hi y/n." C'mon Con, you got this.
Your POV
"I've made my decision." I missed him so so much since he broke up with me. I wanted him back but since he was with that blonde girl with caked on makeup and a flat stomach and tiny thighs, I figured it wasn't worth it. I also thought he didn't deserve me and I should try to get over him. But the problem was, I just couldn't. No matter where I was, the thought of him always popped into my head. "I've decided I will take you back, but this is your last chance, McDavid."
Connor's POV
I couldn't believe it! She said she wanted to take me back! "Yes! Give me one second please." I excused myself from the phone call to have a five second party. "Ok, I'm back."
Third person POV
"So do you want to go out on a date tomorrow night, maybe about 7 ish?" "Sure! I'd be more than happy to." "Ok I'll pick you up at 7." "Y'know Con, I've missed you lots." "Same here, y/n/n." "Well I'll see you tomorrow night." "Same to you. Bye." "Bye."
------------/----/------
I feel like I went back and fourth between y/n'a POV and Connor's POV too much towards the end. What do you guys think?
