Voices echo
Pain shuttering
Down my spine.
Leave me alone, leave me alone
LEAVE ME ALONE!
Doctor says she can help,
Says she can make it better.
She can't.
They all say they can
I can't
I won't get better
Because after the voices are gone,
What's left?Psychiatrist:
This case is special
Never have I seen such
A disturbing sight.
The crazed look.
The glazed eyes.
I lie when I say
I can fix her.
The subtle twitching.
The troubled smile.
Nothing could help her,
But her.Parent:
It hurts
To see her in pain.
Her agony burning bright
It hurts
When I comfort her
Out of her screams in the night.
The horrible circumstances
Her innocent mind has endured.
I'll give anything,
I'd do anything,
To end her torture.
