The next day, things were getting more normal for the park group. Rigby had woken up on time for once, and they were at the stairs for a meeting.
"Okay, Mordecai and Rigby. You guys are going to take these signs and set them up on the path, OR YOUR FIRED!" Benson yelled.
"Geez, okay okay." Mordecai and Rigby sighed, taking the signs.
"Man, this job sucks!" Rigby complained, kicking the grass.
"I know dude, but we gotta finish it. You almost got fired yesterday." Mordecai told his friend.
"And who's fault was that!" Rigby asked. Mordecai rolled his eyes.
"Look, we don't have for this. Let's just get this over with so that Benson will chill out. He's really stressed out recently." Mordecai said.
"Ugh, fine!" Rigby groaned, nailing down a sign.
The duo started nailing down the signs. Eventually, they ran into somebody.
"Oops! Sorry." Mordecai exclaimed as he saw it was Dipper.
"What are you even doing out here?" Rigby asked, setting down the stuff.
"I was looking for something. Couldn't find it." Dipper sighed.
"Why don't we help? We were almost done with the signs anyway. Benson probably won't even notice." Rigby suggested, looking at Mordecai.
"True. Let's do it." Mordecai nodded.
"Thanks guys! I needed help finding this." Dipper held out a book and showed them a page with a abandoned looking house on it.
"Dude, I think we passed that while doing the signs!" Rigby exclaimed.
"Yeah! I remember commenting on how weird it looked." Mordecai realized.
"Let's go then!" Dipper said, getting excited.
The trio walked down the path. Before long, Rigby and Mordecai stopped in front of a dusty old house.
"This is it!" Mordecai told them.
"Aw yeah! It's so creepy...let's go inside!" Rigby ran on top of the porch.
"Dude, we gotta be careful." Mordecai cautioned, following Rigby carefully.
