When I looked at that familiar face crying in pain, I went near him and I hug him. With unexpected touch firstly he shutters then he also hugged me back.

"I loved her a lot. Then why she left me?" he was mumbling and his warm tears were crashing with my shoulders.

Everything will be fine. I assured him, looking at his faded golden eyes, sitting beside him.

And some darkness pulled me from the backside. He was chasing me but then .......

I opened my eyes with a scream. So everyone screamed at the same time. I was looking around. An elderly couple on the left corner of the room, that apple girl sitting on the bed near me, one heightened well build gentlemen standing in the darkness with an unfamiliar face, 3 maids and, and where is he?

I looked at everyone with shock, and they gave me the same reaction. Then I saw my hands, I looked at the mirror on the right-hand side of me, I looked at everyone and I smiled.

I smiled with overjoy, "I am alive." It felt like a victory. A victory against death.

With my overjoy reaction, the maids who were watching ground all the time looked at me. But then I calm myself down. And I asked how this happened?

"And we thought you know something about this." The apple girl said with sarcasm.

The older couple looked at her with anger. And they came to me.

"We are so glad that you are awake my child" Oh how sweet of her. Maybe I heard something like this after centuries.

"How you feeling now?" the older man asked.

"Umm, Fine, I little bit hungry," I said with a smile, patting my stomach.

The unfamiliar face signed the maids and they left.

"Maid will bring something to eat so eat and get some rest." That woman said.

I nod in affirmation and everyone left.

I was in joy, that after they left, I jumped on the bed, dance a little and sing a song. This is the best day of my life.

But then I suddenly remember where is that Mr. Vampire?

When someone knocked on the door. I opened It.

I smell a nice aroma of food. Oh my, I skip all my worries and ate like a pig. I was so happy.

When the maid came back to get the plates then I asked her, where is the Prince?

She said, that he left the palace in the morning.

I smiled at her and she left.

The whole day went by like this, in happiness.

Maybe now I can escape from this hell. I just need to gain some trust from these vampires. So, let's not make any moves for now. And I don't even know what that vampire is capable of.

Sabastian POV (Lazarus Big Brother)

"Hey Riley, isn't it unusual?"

"Yup, I am also thinking about the same."

"Is she a witch?"

"But I don't sense anything."

We both reached the end of the corridors. I looked at Riley.

"Investigate her, her background, school life, everything."

"Yup, Brother." She said while chewing her chewing gum. And she left.

I still can't accept the truth that the Lazarus Wife is still alive.

Grace POV (Point-Of-View)

It was already night, I was looking at the moon, Moon fascinated me. I don't know why. Looking at the moon makes me feel calm.

I leaned near the window, resting my head over the wall.

At midnight, I heard someone's breath at my back.

I opened my eyes in shock. But it was too pitch black. I turned on the lantern. There, he was standing in a nook, looking at my gleaming face in the dim lamplight.

"Hey what happened? Why are you staring me like that?"

"Nothing." His face was still vague.

"Just tell me already", I insisted.

"This Is the first time I am watching this wonderful sight, my bride still alive in front of me even on 4th day."

I chuckle a little.

"But where have you been the whole day?"

"I was in the woods."

"Why?" I walked towards him.

"Umm, when I saw you, fainting, I was unable to stand at your sight. So, I left the palace but when I came here at midnight guards told me that you are still alive."

"But you are the vampire, I mean you just can kill anyone and, I mean, I think—you worried about my death. Strange. ."

"Looking at your face makes me calm." He avoids my earlier sentence.

"What, are you flirting now?" I said in a playful voice.

"Can't I? with my newlywed wife?" He said while narrowing the distance between us.

The reality made me a little sad.

By noticing my expressions, he asked me, "What happened?"

"Umm, I forgot that we are married. I was so in my thoughts that I forgot it."

"It's ok my princess. I will never let you go away from me now. I will make sure that you will live your fullest life here."

I smiled at him. I know that I am not gonna live here, with him. The escape plan was still on my mind.

"Let's sleep it's pretty late."

"Yup sure. Bye, good night my princess."

"But where are you going?"

"In the guest room."

"While you have your bedroom?"

"you will be uncomfortable"

"No, I am not. Coz I trust myself and you. and Afterall so many things happened today, we should get some sleep."

He was so happy, just like a baby.

But again I need to gain some trust, and I don't know if he is just acting? Or is he showing me his true side?

I have no idea how am I going to live among these vampires? How can I get away? I am still wanted to go back to my, my human world. Even if these guys didn't do anything wrong to me, they don't seem that dangerous and they are caring, at least they act like one, I just can't stay here. I need to find more info about this place and vampire abilities. Then I will plan everything.

I thought to myself and I slept.
