~1963~

The Hargreeve family all sat in Elliott's apartment as they were going over the end of the world again. They were all sitting distance from each other, except for Five who was practically not letting Ivy out of his sight.

"All right. First off, I wanna say I'm sorry. I know I really screwed the pooch on this whole going-back-in-time-and-getting-stuck thing," Five said, looking around at everyone. "But the real kick in the pants here is we brought the end of the world back here with us."

"Oh, my God, again?" Klaus asked, everyone looking at him. "All of you knew? Why am I always the last one to find out about the end of the - Oh, my God. My cult is gonna be so pissed. Five! I told them we had until 2019."

"We have until Monday. We have six days," Five told him.

"Is it Vanya?" Klaus asked, taking a drink.

     "Klaus," Allison snapped.

"What? It's usually Vanya," Klaus responded.

"I mean, Five did say Vanya will always be the cause for doomsday," Ivy said in a sing-song voice, Allison tapping her arm.

"Do you have any leads, Five?" Vanya asked, looking at the boy.

"Yeah, we have one," Five said, Diego handing him the file. Five passed it to Allison who opened it to the picture.

"Holy shit, is that Dad?" Allison asked, Vanya scooting over to look with her.

     "Yeah," Diego said.

     "That's him?" Vanya asked.

"Standing on the grassy knoll," Diego snapped, Ivy glancing over at him.

"Diego and I have been trying to talk to Dad about what exactly this means," Five said, then turning to look at Ivy. "And right now, little miss Ivy has an in with the old man. They're buddies again."

"You and Dad are friends?" Allison asked with a scoff. "He did you the worst."

"Yeah, and I figured if I was stuck here, I was going to need an out at some point and Dad was the best option," Ivy said, turning to look at Allison.

"Yeah, that's why he gave you that aging serum, help you grow up," Luther said. Ivy shut her eyes at his words, everyone looking at Ivy as she turned to look at Luther. "Oh, was I not supposed to tell anyone that?"

"Be glad I haven't burned you alive, yet, Donkey Kong," Ivy snapped at him.

"You can grow up?" Five asked.

     "Since when?" Allison asked.

"Since four days ago, it's recent. It doesn't matter. Can we focus on Dad?" Ivy asked, motioning to the picture again.

"He's planning to kill Kennedy," Diego said, Ivy nodding along with him.

"Maybe," Five corrected. He glanced at Ivy as he saw the nervous look on her face. And for a moment, he didn't trust her. "But we don't know who or what sets doomsday in motion. Could be Kennedy, could be something entirely independent. But if we know something changes the timeline, we have to make it right."

"Yeah, but how, if we don't know what's broken?" Allison asked, turning to face the rest of the family.

"Come on. Do the math," Diego said. "We know Dad's having shady-ass meetings with some shady-ass people. We know he's on the grassy knoll in three days to kill the president. So I think we all know what we have to do."
