one of the men swing the trunk open when all of the sudden i drop to the ground knocking the wind out of me feeling arms pull me into them I try pushing away as I struggle to catch my breath "Astra,princess are you ok?" I hear Mattia's voice I look up meeting his glossy eyes before diverting my gaze to the dead men beside me. I feel Mattia pull me up carrying me into the house shutting and locking the door behind us "Make sure all the windows and doors are locking and covered up no one should be able to get in here!!" Mattia yells making the remaining guards in the house scatter doing as told. Mattia sets me down on the couch crouching down infront of me "di-" he says but I cut him off "you left me down here!" I yell at him
"I know im sorry baby it was a stupid mistake it won't happen agian" he appologizes "yeah a stupid mistake" I scoff crossing my arms over my chest "did they hurt you?" he asks holding me face in his hands "no" I says bluntly "good" he kisses me but I don't kiss back. He pulls away sighing before getting up and leaving me in the living room I follow behind him going up to our room I walk into the bathroom stripping from my clothes I turn the lights off turning on the skylite projector, I walk over to the bathtub turning the hot water on putting bubbles in as I wait for it to fill up I tie my hair up in a messy bun letting so curls hang my face I turning on What you know about love by Pop Smoke I turn the water off before slowly sinking into the steamy bubble bath
