Bones
Suddenly, I'm shoved into the front seat of this cashier's truck, while Damien, Angel, Tatum and Reese are in the back. There was only three seats in the back, so Reese was sitting on top of Angel's lap as the seat belt awkwardly fit over the both them. Tatum was squished in the middle, while Damien tried to move as far to the left as possible to give Tatum room.
"We all in and set?" The man said with a grin, and we all gave a pretty poor, unenthusiastic 'Woo'. We were all too tired for this shit. "My house is just a few minutes away from here so don't get too comfy"
We got onto the road, no one saying anything, until the man spoke up.
"I never caught y'all names..or told you mine in matter of a fact. I'm Bill"
Definitely a fucking farmer.
Angel responded to the question "I'm Angel, the short one is Reese, Tatum is the one with the curly hair, beside you is Bones, and-"
Reese interrupted "The dumb one is Damien!"
"Shut the hell up man!"
And there they go again.
"Well..Youse fellas have some unique names." I saw as he quickly looked over at me, then back at the road "If you don't mind me asking, whats with all the tubes?"
Saw that coming. I decide to just give it to him straight.
"Oh, I legit die in two days"
The absolute shock on Bill's face was priceless.
I let out a laugh to show I'm really not that scared about it "Yeah, I'm on my Make-A-Wish shit or whatever they call it." I honestly don't know what they call it, I just knew that it was some thing for when kids are on their death bed "But I'm honestly not that scared, I've been fighting Leukemia for six months, and I rather be dead than suffer for the rest of my life."
Bill just kinda nods, obviously still in shock "well...uh...We'll be prayin' for you Bones."
There was silence, then we all started laughing hysterically..except for Bill.
Like my Trans, gay ass is gonna end up in heaven. I'll be playing volleyball with Satan himself in hell.
