"Wait" Zayn stopped Samaar as they approached Harriqa's front door

"What? I need to know"

"Yes, but Lian is angry at you and this will make things worse"

"This isn't the right time for your advice Zayn! I am hurting! I need to know" it was hard for Samaar to do that but he wanted to hear the truth from Lian, even though he was halfway sure she doesn't love Saliim.

"Sam?"

"Zayn?" Asked two voices from behind, they turned and it was Lian and Saliim coming towards them with back of chips in their hands

"What are you doing here?" Asked Lian hoping Samaar came to apologize to her, after Harriqa talked to her she thought maybe she still had a chance with him

"So it's true huh?" Asked Samaar, he was certain maybe it was true since they came together

"What's true?" Asked Lian confusingly

"That you chose him over me! You could have just told me" Samaar said with anger

"What are you talking about?" She asked him as she looked between him and Zayn

"Why didn't you tell me you love him? I would have backed out" he yelled, Zayn started sweating knowing that what's happening isn't right and that he can't stop it.

Harriqa opened the front door looking confused "what is happening?" She asked

"Why didn't you tell me she's in love with your stupid cousin? With everything-"

"He is not stupid!" Lian cuts him off

"So you are even defending him" he laughed dryly

"So Harriqa you played the fool out of me all this while? I have been going all crazy to make Lian happy while you know what was happening"

"I am not in love with Saliim" said Lian, her voice lower than Samaar's

Alhamdulilah He said in his mind, but was still not sure after receiving those photos

"Then what's this?" he removed his phone from his pocket, Zayn tried to stopped him knowing it was the wrong move but Samaar has already gave Lian the phone

Lian stared at the phone, she swiped through the pictures, after some seconds she finally talked " I have nothing to explain" she replied him

"What do you mean?" He asked her, ignoring Zayn who was trying to stop him from talking

"Were you spying on me?" She asked him looking straight into his eyes

"Why do you like changing questions?" He asked her looking at anywhere but her eyes

"Because your questions doesn't make sense"

"So what's the answer? Do you love him?" He asked

"Maybe yes maybe no, you have no to right to know" It was hard for Lian to say that but she needed to do something to caught off the conversation before she breaks down. She puts his phone in his hands and walked inside into the house leaving him shocked.
