Lian was in her room alone the next day, it was 3 in the afternoon, Qiraam, Fariiha, and Radiya, Came to see her when she woke up in the morning, non of her friends showed up including Samaar, she was worried if he was okay because she didn't see him since she woke up. She decided to check on them.
It is so weird that they didn't come to check on me all day, even Fary and Rady they came twice only!
She heard their voices as she approched the stairs, she saw everyone, others pacing around, while the rest are seated on the couch, even Lailah Nailam's mother was there
"We checked the lake house, he is not there" said Zayn and Harriqa
"I called the Manchester company but he is not there too" said Salaah rubbing his forehead, he had circles under his eyes she noticed.
Who are they talking about? She scanned the room, but didn't see Samaar
Where's Samaar? She panicked but tried to calmed herself down
"What's happening?" She asked them, they all froze up
"Noth nothing..we were just chatting" said Harriqa smiling
"Cut it! Where's Samaar?" She asked them
"He is at work, he will be back later now go and rest" said Salaah
"I know he's not there, please tell me" she pleaded
"Okay he's missing" said Soraaj, they all turned and glared at him, while he shrugged. He wasn't a fan of lying to Lian.
"He's missing? How? Since when?" She asked sitting next to Reehan
"He left the house when Harriqa told him you are stable" said Radiya her eyes red and puffy, Lian thought she must have been crying.
"Then he went to the company but since then he didn't comeback"
"He has been missing since the first day I was sick?"
"No he was at the company at first but left the company yesterday night said Raya, but he didn't come home or went back to the company" Soraaj concluded
"Did you call him?"
"He's not picking, we checked everywhere we know he can be at but we didn't find him" said Zayn running his hand in his hair
They say in silence each of them thinking where he can be at when Lailah spoke getting them annoyed
"You know we don't need to worry about him he will come back! He loves money too much that he can't leave without it, let's go sh-" said Lailah not caring
"You Aunt Lailah nobody asked for your advice, my brother is out there alone we don't know where he is and you are talking about money" yelled Salaah shutting her up
"Hey, we'll find him, It's okay" said Qiraam dragging him to sit down
Zayn gestured to Nailam to take her mother out "let's go" she dragged her mother towards the stairs. Who was still rambling.
