Silver Swords Woman/Electricity's Backstory

Hello, my name is Silver Swords Women, I mean I was Silver Swords Women. Now I'm Electricity, the supervillain of Koulsmont city! I mean, I was still the supervillain of Koulsmont when I was Silver Swords Women. But now I'm even stronger and more powerful then I was before. I got powers, powers that not even Weather Girl can beat. 

Well, theoretically, she can't beat them. I haven't fought her with them yet, and I don't know how to control them yet, either (I have to use rubber gloves to keep them from going crazy). But that's to be expected, I just got them. What are my powers you ask, I can use artificial electricity and bend it to my will. (If I can figure out how to use it) I used to carry my weapon, A silver sword, but now I can make any electrical weapon of my choosing, a sword, a war hammer, an ax, you name it. 

Also when I say "artificial electricity" I mean the stuff that powers your homes, NOT the stuff that comes from the sky. Weather Girl controls that.

Anyway, I am a 16-year-old woman named Amy Speck who was board of being a good high school student and became Silver Swords Women, Weather Girl's worst nemesis. She has had it too good for too long, also I REALLY despise her face, whoever she is. But I kept losing every battle because lightning mixed with silver armor and a silver sword equals temporarily paralyzed.

So, I decided to up my game. I instilled a lot and I mean A LOT of chemicals in my body, then electrocuted myself using a All-House-Powering Generator, which gave me superpowers. All I know about my power's weaknesses is that they are rubber and water. Well, the rubber doesn't weaken me, I just can't use my powers on it, same with Weather Girl.

Anyway, I want to see how my powers handle out in the field. I am itching to get out of this abandoned warehouse at the edge of the city. But what should I do? I want to do something that will draw Weather girl out, but what? Gasp I KNOW! I'm GONNA GO TO CITY HALL, AND ABDUCT THE MAYOR HOLDING HIM CAPTIVE IN HIS OWN OFFICE! YES! THAT WILL DEFINITELY DRAW HER OUT, AND I CAN FINALLY USE THESE BAD BOYS ON HER! UGH, I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE HER REACTION WHEN SHE REALIZES SHE ISN'T THE ONLY PERSON IN KOULSMONT CITY WITH SUPERPOWERS ANYMORE! LOOK OUT MAYOR, YOUR ABOUT TO BE KIDNAPED, MWAH HAH HAH HA cough cough cough. Ok, I got to work on my evil laugh, you'd think that someone that has been a supervillain for 2 months, would have the evil laugh down. Anyway, bye.
