After the whole fight scene Daryl and I were sitting off to the side of the group close to the cars waiting for Rick. Daryl had carfully checked me over twice to ensure it was really a bit of brusing and I wasn't hurt. He was beyond pissed at Shane and Rick but he kept his cool well he checked his crossbow waiting for Rick.

Finally Rick walks up the little path buttoning his shirt as he and Shane argue. As the reach us Shane says "why would you risk your life for a douche bag like Merle Dixon?". I growled at Shane well Daryl said "hey, chose your words more carefully."

"No I did, douche bags what I meant. Merle Dixon....man wouldnt give you a glass of water if you were dying of thirst." Shane spoke more quietly to Rick.

"What he would or wouldnt do doesn't interest me. I cant let a man die of thirst.....me. Thirst and exposure. We left him like an aninal caught in a trap. That's no way way for anything to die, let alone a human being." Rick argues standing his ground on going back.

"So you and Daryl, that's your big plan?" Lori asks. Rick looks towards here then walks up to Glenn and gives him a hopeing look. "Oh, come on." Glenn groans. I think Glenn would be a good help so I watch intensely waiting to see what happens.

"You know the way. You've been there before in and out, no problem you said so yourself." Rick tries to convince Glenn. "Its not fair of me to ask, I know that. But I would feel a lot better with you along, I know she would too." Rick counties.

Shane huff's and says "that's just great. Now you're gonna risk three men huh?". I growl slightly at Shane but stop when Daryl pats my head. All of a sudden Tdog steps forward and says "four". Daryl turns to look at him where we are sitting and snorts. "Our days just gets better and better, don't it?". Tdog turns to Daryl and says "you see anybody else here stepping up to save your brothers cracker ass?".  "Why you?" Daryl asked while cleaning his arrows. " you wouldn't begin to understand. You don't speak my language." Tdog said.

That's four someone said from within the group as Shane shock his head in anger. "It's not just four. You're putting every single one of us at risk, just know that Rick." Shane went off on Rick. "Come on you saw that walker! It was here, it was in camp. They're moving out of the cities they come back we need every able body we've got. We need'em here. We need'em to protect camp." Shane argued.

Rick looked at Shane and said calmly "it seems to me what you really need most here are more guns." Guns? I tipped my head a bit at this. They are very helpfully in killing the walkers. Then Glenn's face lighted as he said "right the guns."

Shane looked between Rick and Glenn clearly confused as he said "wait, what guns?".

"Six shotguns, two high powered rifles, over a dozen handguns. I cleaned out the cage back at the station before I left." Rick stated. Damn that's a lot of power we could definitely use. "I dropped the bag in Atlanta when I got swarmed. It's just sitting there on the street waiting to be picked up." Rick finished.

Shane looked shocked as he asked "ammo?" " 700 rounds, assorted" Rick's answered. Then Lori finally spoke up from where she was sitting with Carl. "You went through hell to find us. You just got here and you're gonna turn around and leave?" Lori asked obviously not happy with Rick's plan. Carl also quietly said "dad I dont want you to go..." this made me said as he seemed so worried for his father. Poor kid shouldn't have to deal with this.

Lori counties here disagreement saying "to hell with the guns, Shane's right. Merle dixon?! He's not worth one of your lives even with guns thrown in. Tell me, make me understand." I was a little made how she talked about Merle but deep down she was right.

Rick walked over to Lori as she stood up to face him. I tuned out most of there conversation about owing a debt to a man and little boy who saved Rick and were supposed to come to Atlanta to. Then Rick said something about a walkie talkie in the bag he dropped and how it was how they were going to connect when they got close to the city.

Shane they explained to the group that the walkies are crap and only math eachothers bandwidth. "Rick turned to Lori and Carl and said "I need that bag."
